So i had no idea were to post this...i forgot about even signing up for the free ornament from fancy feast. So when i checked my mail i had two coupons both for free fancy feast cat food cans. The letter also stated they were sorry the ornament went oos but had actually placed another order for them and that as soon as they recieved those they would mail my ornament out..
i mean how many companies actually do that not many! Usually they send coupons and thats it or most of the time you are lucky to even get a coupon out of them lol..but they even took it a step further to place another order for them.

I haven't received the ornament yet as well.
Maybe I'll get the coupon soon.
My kitty loves Fancy Feast. :)
That was so generous of them.
What a breath of fresh air to find a company that actually cares for its customers!

I have two cats, one that LOVES Fancy Feast and the other is a dry food eater only; they're brothers.
The one cat that loves the Fancy Feast has developed kitty acne on his chin. Vet said it was due to the food. All wet food could do it though... plus all food, water, dry, wet should be put in stainless steel bowls which we've done.
I've had to take the cat to the vet 4 times for this kitty acne, it spreads like wildfire once it starts so home care is a must plus the help of shots. (Google "kitty acne", some kitties look awful.)
He's 7 years old and breaking him of wet food has been a challenge (for his psychi, he cries a lot begging for food even though he's eating more dry), he loves Fancy Feast. Why he developed kitty acne now and not 7 years ago is a mystery, even to the vet.
I received the ornament, so I'm glad no coupons this time. The ornament is very pretty, comes in a pretty felt like pouch.

I have never heard that wet food causes acne. Try to get it cleared up & see if the stainless steel bowls are enough to prevent its reoccurance. I hate to hear of your cat suffering b/c he can't have wet food.

The vet said it's because a cat can't clean his chin and wet food obviously get's on the chin. Not to worry, I'm doing my best in helping kitty clear this up with home care and vet assistance. He actually likes the warm compresses on the chin. Christmas eve he was prescribed Pyoben Gel (benzoyl peroxide) and had another antibiotic shot.

Oh Tatty ...so sorry to hear about your kitty..........My little sweetie can ONLY eat wet food, she is served in her Corelle dishes that I bought just for her....she has very bad bowel problems on any treats or dry food....I hope your baby is okay. Happy New year to you all also ! Loves, Pat
