3 related/unrelated topics - Thanks BE (fridge broken again); Good memories from a thread; outtanames = sbuxlover???

So, my fridge is having cooling issues again. It's showing the same symptoms that it did a few years back and BE had helped me diagnose and fix it. I went searching for the thread and with a little searching in the archives, I managed to find it.

#1 - BE is such a helpful guy. I was reading that thread and can only feel grateful we have him around here to help solve our appliance issues. His instructions were so detailed. He took the pains to highlight the parts in the schematic and give me step by step (baby steps even!) directions to replace the parts to fix the problem.

I remember the replacement had gone without a glitch all thanks to Sir BE!

#2 - On reading that thread, I also realized how closer I was to this place back then. It used to be almost like a virtual family. I used to like everyone...everyone used to like me. It was fun postwhoring in the lounge...sometimes helpful, sometimes senseless, sometimes whacky and sometimes plain stupid post exchanges.

Things have changed....I probably have grown older. Thinking about it, I have grown older (mature?? :lol:). I have been on SD longer than I've been at any of my employers. Almost 8 years! I still love this community and still continue to spend a lot of time on here...just posting a lot lesser than I used to those days.

#3 - Again while reading that thread, I just realized that sbuxlover is actually outtanames!! I still remember her famous threads about her having a crush on her husband's boss and her "wanting to check the weather" and other similarly whacky/controversial threads. I don't think I remember any such recent threads/posts from outtanames.

So sbuxlover - Have you mellowed down, lost your libido or just sharing your innermost feelings on some other forum??

I was browsing through tv guide earlier today and Starz was playing Don Juan DeMarco and it reminded me of zmarko!

It did...around 2 years back. Since then 3 more banana trees have grown in it's place. But they have not produced any fruit yet....
