Reps not working yesterday and today?

Being the anal retentive person that I am, I always hit refresh after giving reps to someone. Last night and again today, the persons rep count didn't go up when I hit refresh. I tried going to their profile too and the reps had not changed. Just repped slgraycols (http://forums.slickdeals.net/member.php?u=109284) but it still shows that she has 48 reps, it should show 50 now.

The new system or whatever adds the reps the second you hit submit. Try repping someone now and keep and eye on what their reputation was before you hit submit. I'm positive it will go up 2.
