Here is a list of eCustService links that I have compiled over the past year or so. These links contain print and web forms for use with the Trilegiant memberships. You can sign up for most of their trial offers for free or $1 (depending on the offer) at most offer sites that provide you with cash or something for signing up for them. I have used most of the Trilegiant trial offers numerous times and have gotten multiple free gift cards, cash bach, electronics, and coupons with every trial.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tip 1: It is best to spread out the submission of freebies over the course of your trial period to be safe.
Tip 2: They will do just about anything to keep you as an active member meaning they will offer you gift cards, cash back, extended trial, etc. YMMV depending on the rep.
Tip 3: You should be able to get freebies for every month of your membership. I have not tried this as I have not stayed on past the extended trial.
Tip 4: In the terms of every Trilegiant program they state, "If you cancel this Agreement after your trial period, you will be refunded the current month's paid membership fee." That pretty much explains it. ;)

Signing Up
Most offers are $1 for the first month, while some are free. It is best to use virtual credit card numbers, or prepaid credit cards/debit cards for signing up with offers. This will also eliminate the threat of not canceling in time and avoid being charged the next months bill, however this does not mean that you shouldnt cancel. Please dont raise unnecessary attention to these deals by not canceling, plus there have been some reports of certain credit card companies allowing transactions to go through.
You can sign up for a free trial every month for the same trial. However it might be best to space new memberships out, so as too avoid them spotting you and not allowing you to get the free gift.
This should be a given, but don't use fake info.
Requesting the Free Gift
Your free gift for using the trial membership will not immediately be mailed upon you signing up. You must request it through one of the forms listed in the wiki.
Usually wait a few days after signing up for the membership before requesting the free gift (this gives time for the membership to process, and if you request a gift item immediately upon signing up for the trial membership your request may not go through.
A few days after signing up for your free membership, you will get a email entitled "Here's How to Get the Item You Requested" with a link to sign up to get the the free gift. Keep in mind you do not have to request the item that you originally signed up for. You also dont have to wait for this email to come (and sometimes this email may not come), but generally do wait a few days before requesting your reward. So for example say you signed up for the free trial membership of Great Fun through a link that says you can get $20 in gift cards to Mobil/Exxon, you do not have to request that particular gift. If Great Fun for example has another free gift they are offering (like $20 in blockbuster gift cards) then you can get that item through one of the links in the wiki.
Only sign up for one free gift per membership/per month. Some users have reported that they have been able to get more than one gift per membership per month, but YMMV and also doing this may draw a red flag from Trilegiant.
Canceling the membership
You must cancel your membership to avoid being charged before the first months trial ends. The sales reps are very pushy, so be aware... however to avoid their sales pitch just repeat "I just want to cancel" and do not agree to any more offers or promotions they may offer you... this will keep your account open. However at the end of the call they usually tell you, you are eligible for another service... if you choose to be transfered over to hear info for the other service this will not keep your account open, but you don't have to be transfered over keep in mind.
Make sure you get a cancellation number, if you do not get a cancellation number you service hasn't been canceled. They are great at making you think they canceled the service through their tricky words, but if its your first time canceling you may not realize you haven't actually canceled when you thought you did. GET A CANCELLATION NUMBER!!
If for some reason you didn't cancel in time or didn't cancel correctly and you get charged, call them up. They will refund you the amount that you were charged.

I get like $10 - $20 or so for everytime I complete one. :P
I could just sign up directly with places such as CJ and SC and get paid more directly, but that would involve taxes as well...

I think he means getting paid to do the offer PLUS whatever TLG pays you, using a site like SearchCactus. If that's what you mean by SC... do you mean Commission Junction when you say CJ? That would be very fraudulent...

I know what he is talking about. I get paid from a 3rd party ad publisher, then get the rewards from Trilegiant.
Na, I used to run some pyramid sites but never really got them going. I used to have accounts with numerous places such as CJ, SC, MR, DB, etc. I don't use them for personal use, I am just saying that they would pay more that way.

You can sign up for certain trial offers for programs owned by the Trilegiant company.
If you sign up for these offers at places like SearchCactus.com, InboxDollars.com, FusionCash.com, etc, you get cash for completing the trial offers.
Most of the trial offers are free or $1 for a 30 day period then they will charge you the normal monthly or annual fee after your trial depending on the terms of the offer from which you signed up.
Once you have signed up for one of these offers, you will get a membership number in your welcome email (check your spam or junk mail).
Using your membership number you got in your welcome email, you can sign up for free gift cards and print out rebate forms to fill out and submit to them. You need your membership number to get these.
Each trial offer has a different membership number so you cannot use the same membership number for a different trial offers rewards/freebies.
Sometimes it will take up to 1 month to get your offer and sometimes it will take less. Just varies on how fast they process your gift order.
Make sure you use the correct freebie link for each offer. The url has part of their membership name so you can tell easily. They will typically show a logo on the freebie page/form too.

I just used my Everyday Values number on a Great Fun form. I know it does work for some people (someone I talked to recently said they have switched the form numerous times). Also I don't think you have to mail them in anymore. You just fill out the form and submit. :)

The ones you submit on the net you don't have to mail in. When you sign up for the trials they don't always send you the web submission for the freebies. Usually they send you a form to fill out in your welcome kit that arrives weeks late usually. By the time you submit your paper form it's too late unless you extend your membership.
I wouldn't go submitting your member id for 1 trial on all the freebie items though. I think it would be best to stick with each freebie offers matching program member id. Just what I think at least.

If you can really make sure you will cancel like ur suppose to..I mean reaaaly sure, then have fun.. otherwise keep reading:
These services are amongst the most common credit card charges people call me to dispute. their statement on my screen starts something like this:
1.00 netmarket
1.00 athomerewards
1.00 etc etc etc
Ok, not so bad
and then within the next 2-5 days or so their statement starts to show
17.50 netmarket
19.00 ...bla bla
19.00 PassporttoFun
19.00 shoppersadvantage
19.00 some-other-affiliate
and on and on and on, and it just gets worse until they call me and i have to do a security closure
The customer's play dumb, and I can see why.. It's embarrassing to admit u did something so silly. Now I dont know if they all signed up for each one of these, but let me tell you, they ALL seem to get on the bill.. its rather sad to look at.
Be careful what your doing.. if u slip up/mess up with cancelling , you will have a buttload of charges from these guys. and you'll be calling me next saying "I dont know what these are". And i'll have to send you a bunch of papers to fill out.

Silenoz, who do you work for. I've been getting these $16 "holds" just for TRYING to sign up for a free trial. I've recieved the next page where it says "you are ineligible for this offer at this time" and they STILL took the $16. How do I get it back and what do I to prevent it? Anyone?

I have never had any problems with other charges but if I ever have one then it's not that hard to get it refunded or reversed. The only fees I have ever had with Trilegiant in the past 3 years is nothing or $1.00.

I think that the $15 Buy.com coupon offer may be dead on Buy.com's side. The coupon I received recently doesn't seem to work. I know that Buy.com removed the Rewards page from their site that contained all the Trilegiant offers. So it may be that they are no longer affiliated with them. Has anyone else tried the $15 Buy.com coupon and gotten a non-working code?

It's worth the time and risk if you're very careful and use a site like 4noCash... I have made a couple hundred dollars so far just from signing up for trials like these--not to mention several free gift cards, $8 checks from Great Fun, etc. As a college student it's great :-D The only time I have to invest is for signing up and cancelling, and one cancellation usually only takes about five minutes, depending on how busy the company is. I always bookmark or email myself the terms of the offer so I have the number to call and cancel, and use Gmail's wonderful labels to keep track of what has been cancelled and what needs to be. IF you are careful you can get lots of great stuff. And, in the event that you forget to cancel something, I have yet to find a company like Trilegiant that won't refund your money if you politely insist that you did not use the service and would like a refund.

trilegiant (sp) will send you an email saying "heres how to get your free gift" and then you will have to fill out a page with your member number and shipping info.
some of the sites offer a $25 gift card but to get those you still have to be a member when they receive your form you have to mail in (snail mail)
but the $10 gift cards do come. i have gotten a barnes and noble, 3 chevron, and one bbb gift card, and cancellation is easy...

Do you mean where you buy a usb drive and sign up for privacy guard at the same time. Submit your $30 receipt to privacy guard and then they mail you a check for the amount so you get your drive free.

I have done the Buy.com cashbacks before and received them. Better than doing the $20 or $10.
I will also be collecting offers from the Bargain Network and posting them in a separate thread possibly. I tested them out recently with 1 of their sites. I tried their 7 day trial for Bargain Autos and submitted right away for a $25 Pep Boys gift card. They said that I must be a member at the time I them processing the gift card redemption in order to receive it. I canceled my trial before the end of it and I just received my gift card today! It was on 03/07/07 that I signed up for the trial and 03/08/08 that I submitted the gift card form in the mail. I canceled the service on 03/12/07 and still received the gift card today, 03/26/07! :D I am wishing that I submitted the other gift card offer from Bargain Homes as well for a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.... :'(

Bargain network has nothing to do with Trilegiant. The Trilegiant offers are 1 month trials the 7 day trials are generally Dealpass and youll never get the $25 giftcards from them.

Well, I got some gift cards earlier this month and today I just received 4 checks with a total value of $60. I could have sent in more offers, but I didn't want to send in the smaller cash rebate amounts just to be safe.
2x $10 Exxon Gift Cards - Great Fun
2x $10 Lowes Gift Cards - CompleteHome
$20 Check - CompleteHome
$20 Check - Great Fun
$10 Check - Great Fun
$10 Check - AutoVantage
I am still waiting on a couple others that I sent in, but I don't always get all of what I sent in. Most of it gift cards arrive shortly after submitting the form online and the checks usually arrive close to the end of my trial period.

Hi,
Hope this hasn't already been answered...I went through the entire post and didn't see this:
Suppose I sign up for Great Fun and the offer is Two 10.00 Gift Cards for Circuit City.
In the original post are the links to all of the Great Fun Offers. If I would rather have the Two 10.00 Exxon Cards can I just click on that link instead of the Circuit City link? Make sense? Any tried this?
Also, I assume (I know, bad idea)....that I can I only do one of the links per membership?
Thanks!

Yes, you can do a different reward if you want. They usually offer you other rewards upon you trying to cancel as well. I don't see anything wrong with requesting multiple rewards. They offer them so why not take them up on whatever ones you want?

According to the Better Business Bureau hundreds of issues have been reported by consumers for: deceptive selling practices, unauthorized charges to consumers' credit cards, and failure to respond or resolve issues.
TLG made a Settlement Agreement with the Office of the Attorney General of Florida On March 7, 2005. Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Chapter 501, Part II, Florida Statutes (“FDUTPA”).
In July 2005, the Attorney's General of CT, CA and ME brought a lawsuit against TLG/Affinion for allegedly deceiving consumers into enrolling in its clubs.
In December 2006 Trilegiant/Affinion agreed to pay over $8 million dollars to 17 states and their residents to settle allegations they tricked residents into paying for its programs.

I think most of those people just forgot to cancel and they just went about things the wrong way. I have NEVER been charged after I canceled and NEVER had any problems getting a refund for canceling late. Their services can be useful and most don't cost that much. The fact that Trilegiant agreed to pay 8 million dollars (and this was only 4 months ago) to settle allegations that they had tricked customers tells me it's not the kind of company I want to deal with ...

I haven't had a whole lot of luck getting all of the promised gift cards, though I did receive the two Linens & Things and Exxon cards. However, I've been sending in rebates religiously (using receipts from Wal-Mart and Target for the cash back ones that aren't for gas) and so far I've gotten $145 in rebate checks. Thanks for the links. I still have to do some more research on what sites pay good. Most sites don't even offer some of them except for GreatFun and CompleteHome usually.

I have used most of the Trilegiant trial offers numerous times and have gotten multiple free gift cards, cash bach, electronics, and coupons with every trial.
Thank you for your WONDERFUL post that you keep updated so well.
My problem has always been finding where the offers are available.
Perhaps I've been more successful receiving incentives. Let me share some tips I've found helpful:
It appears you may take advantage of the offer as often as you have a virgin email, virgin phone, and a virgin credit card.
For the credit card consider using a Discover/Visa/AMEX/MasterCard GIFT CARD. These are especially good in small denominations. I control mine by keeping good records of those anoying $1 charges, then sweep the balance at a gas station. Many times I sweep to pay my cell phone bill. You can use the balance to pay virtually anything on line. This precludes the opportunity of those monthly charges.
Check you credit card to set up virtual numbers! Bank of America lets you set the credit limit, like $2, and the expriation date. You may also delete at on-line. All the others let you phone them, and they'll cancel them for you. This precludes the opportunity of those monthly charges.
Consider keeping great records on an excel or google spread sheet. I keep about all the info they ask for, and give. This allows me to change passwords, phones, addy's, and keep account numbers, promo expected, dates...... This is especially good to id those that send your promo on line, and those you have to snail mail back.
The only pain is identifying the columns you want to identify. Yours will evolve as you enjoy more low-hanging-fruit.
It's really like, is there no honor among thieves? Trilegiant's public record speaks for itself. SICK'M!

If you sign up for these offers at places like SearchCactus.com, InboxDollars.com, FusionCash.com, etc., you get cash for completing the trial offers.
Thanks!
Finding the offers from numerous sources has been my problem. My goal is to try to "work" $40 a day of these offers. Do the math, that's a bunch of money.
I have found most of mine through MyPoints. If you'd like to join MyPoints please email me, and let my refer you for the modest points.
OP, could you please expand on the etc by naming www's?

Hi, about canceling, I called them up to ask for cancellation. They gave me a cancellation number after reciting for about 10 minutes long on the savings I would get if I kept my account. Is my account canceled now, or do I need to do something with the cancellation number? Thank you.

I believe you are tracked by email from the places where you get paid to sign up usually, but from Trilegiant I think you are tracked by member number. I usually use each email address once for each offer.
As far as I know, you have to use a different credit card number.

from the CompeleteHome terms and conditions (and probably the same for all trilegiant services)
CH reserves the right to deny enrollment to any person for any reason including persons who have enrolled in and cancelled a CH membership within the preceding 60 days.
So I can't see why they would threaten legal action. If they have the option to cancel your service and/or deny you membership, and they don't do so, how can you be responsible/at fault for signing up/canceling on a monthly basis. I don't see anything in the terms and condition that mention anything that disallows someone from doing so.
By the way, on the CompleteHome webpage, the above quoted term/condition is not listed on their terms and conditions section. I found it on the the link to terms and conditions on the BoA $50 Lowes offer, listed here: http://www.completehome.com/Content.aspx?SID=185CC1BF61C54B28b24513b4eb2cd340&content=CH_Terms_BOA_MonDebit_ONF&type=promo&pup=aG1lQk9Bb241MGcxZXh0

Maybe he cashed out A LOT of gift cards? I am not saying he did, but that's one of those situations where I could see a company doing something like that.
If anyone remembers how lax Nuitech was with the rules (you could spend ~$50 to get a $2000 visa gc, and it took under a month from start to getting the card in hand) before people started abusing the system, and how strict they have become to the point where it's almost impossible to do their sites... I don't want Trilegiant to follow that route.

Yes ok whatever, abuse or not, what "legal" recourse do they have. What law and/or term & condition are you breaking that gives them any "legal" recourse. If it's a term & condition that you are violating, then they can just deny you membership. There wouldn't be any need to, nor any basis, to threaten legal action. Maybe I'm missing something.

According to information supplied by the company, Trilegiant Incorporated began business in July 2001 as a privately held business entity. Trilegiant is the successor to Cendant Membership Services Incorporated, a publicly held company that has reportedly gone out of business. Trilegiant continues to offer the same programs and continues to maintain the same customer base as Cendant Membership Services Incorporated.
Trilegiant Incorporated offers a variety of membership programs to credit card customers. The company markets its services on a free trial basis for up to 90 days. If the customer does not cancel his/her membership by calling a toll-free number at the end of the free trial period, the company automatically renews the membership and charges an annual fee to the customer's credit card. The company continues to annually renew the membership unless canceled by the customer.
Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints concerning deceptive selling practices, unauthorized charges to consumers' credit cards, and non-cancellation of memberships following cancellation requests. The company has resolved most complaints presented by the Bureau, however some complaints remain unanswered.
If you have a complaint against Trilegiant Corporation, we suggest that you send a written complaint to the State of Connecticut Attorney General's Office, 110 Sherman Street, Hartford, Connecticut, 06105. If you are a resident of Florida, we suggest that you mail a copy of your complaint to the Economic Crimes Division, Office of the Attorney General, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-1050.
The Better Business Bureau maintains a separate report on Cendant Membership Services Incorporated.

YES! I'm enjoyed a great number of their offers - if you know what I mean. First of all you need to keep in mind the quality of company that Trilegiant is! You should let their news that is published speak for itself. Second, you should realize that they need to protect their right to bill credit cards, and will follow the law on credit cards. They'll bill you, they'll allow you to cancel per the agreement. They'll honor their offers to the letter. The only caveat is their operators are scripted to be very clever in the way they word things. ie: You call to cancel, they'll say "sure I can help you, it will cancel at the end of this billing." NO, I want a refund of current billing per the agreement, and a confirm number. You'll get what's promised, and you can cancel as contracted. Just be careful to watch you calendar and credit card statements.

I believe once they mail the gift card there's no problem. They don't have control of the card, and really the goofy number is kind of like keeping the serial number on all the currency. Impossible. They can cancel immendiately, but it's so systematic, once you put in your credit card, you've joined, your member's assigned, and you're billed. Don't you think it'd be an administrative nightmare to review all the $1 charges for enjoying their offers - not letting the billing go through, or even after the fact creding out, ..... They have a real problem, but the problem of them not honoring the gift card is one they can't do anything about.

I know for my account with CJ, when I use it for Buy.com, they encourage you to use it for yourself. Don't know about other venders, though.

Do you have your cancellation confirmation number from when you canceled? If you have that, then you will have no problems because you have the proof that you canceled. They always give a cancellation number when you call to cancel. They give it right at the end of the conversation. If you don't get that number then you haven't canceled. Not saying you didn't get one....just asking! They are pretty good about refunds, too. This is, by far, my favorite company to deal with. Easy money.

Good, accurate, and correct post. Trilegiant's public record of class action suits suits settled by Trilegiant ought to give us and indication of (1) the character of Trilegiant, and (2) Realization that it's a real cash cow to settle the $$$$$$$$$$$$ of class actions and keep on going.
My problem is understanding "if you know their character, why don't you mitigate your damages by using virtual credit cards?" This is all so preventable, to enjoy their offers, and not be taken.

You probably canceled a little too late. Like others said, just use virtual cards... you can easily get your money refunded too. Sometimes if you call the last minute, the bill has already gone into affect, but not been taken out of your account yet.

Dont be soo mad. You either didn't cancel (although you may have though you did, but if you didn't get a cancellation number, then you didn't cancel) or you canceled too late.
Either way their terms state that if you cancel after your membership you will get refunded for that current period. So basically you should have no problem getting the money refunded.
But if your credit card offers the service then use virtual numbers. I always use a virtual number and even if i forget to call they cant bill me.

What sorts of rebates do they offer? I called to cancel my AutoVantage trial today (since I got my $50 worth of Exxon-Mobile cards last Friday) and they offered $70 worth of rebates for oil changes. I passed on it because I could barely understand the woman on the line, and it seemed like they would offer a rebate of 50% maximum, and I typically change my own oil anyways. However, I am looking to use the Lowes and Home Depot certificates to greatly subsidize some work I am doing around my house (new laminate hardwood finished flooring and some painting), so if they have rebates on home improvement stuff available for Complete Home, and the like, then that will be awesome... a rebate for using my free gift cards!

I requested the rebate forms, but they aren't worth it for me. Or maybe I haven't found out how to make it useful for me. Like you have to be a member when you send it, and you have to be a member when they send you the rebate, so if you manage to get an extended free trial, I suppose it may work. Too much of a hassle for me. I'll just cancel and sign up again and again.

Probably wouldn't hurt to space them out, but you gotta realize they usually take a few weeks to send you your checks andall.
The $1 fee depends on the site you sign up at. Some are refundable, some are non-refundable, and some are free.

Yeah spacing sometimes works, but at least in my experience they will only send you the first item you have requested for that month.
I think they keep track so that each member number can only get one gift a month, but of course it doesnt hurt to try.

Well, I suspected as much since it had been several weeks and I didn't get the gift cards from several of these offers, but TLG figured out what I was doing and shut me down. See the scan of the letter attached. I have basically been told that they are cancelling my memberships and refunding the fee charged (which hasn't happened), and that any additional membership I or anyone in my immediate family create will be cancelled with notice.
Sadly this was just my first offer on all but three of these, but I think because my brother-in-law has been doing them too it raised the red flag of "abuse".
So, considering there is nothing in the terms saying you can't open multiple accounts and they haven't refunded the trial fees, does anyone think it is worth my while to pursue collecting the gift card and rebate claims they didn't pay? I made my money back on the few they did pay, but considering I didn't violate any terms of the offers I feel I'm entitled to payment of the remaining promotions.
It is in the offer terms, I believe at least for Great Fun, that you must have not signed up and cancelled any Trilegiant program in the last 60 days before you can sign-up again.

Well as they say, they have a right to cancel at any time. You don't have to right to any free promotion if they are going to refund your money. Count your winnings and move on.
Insanely Quiet
09-12-2007, 01:41 PM
I mean if they cancelled your accounts then you wont have any luck getting the gift cards.
The refunds might take a while though to be posted to your credit card.
You can always try signing up again with a different email address, different phone number (try the free services like k7) and a slight variation in your address (like put "red st." instead of "red street" or just put "red" as an address etc.) If you have a credit card that creates virtual/temp number use those (paypal might still have a feature like this)
Hope this helps.

If the offer you signed-up for mentioned the $20 LNT gift card, then you can use the link in this thread to claim the gift card, you do not have to wait for their email. If you did not sign up for this particular offer, then sending the claim using the link in this thread is useless because you will never get the gift card. I hope this helps.

Yes it seems like the op's post doesnt have the link for the $20lnt gift cards for Health Saver.
However even though you may have signed up for the health saver offer with them saying you can get a $20lnt gift card, you dont have to get that gift card. You can fill out any offer for another gift card.
So, even though you may have signed up and they are offering $20 in Linens and Things gift cards, you can use the link in the first post to submit the form for $20 in Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards, if you like. However you can only do one either one or the other.

That I did not know, thanks. And is it only one offer per membership number or per month?
It depends!
First of all, when "I started enjoying the trilegiant offers" I incorrectly read the thread. I now understand you may pick your cards FROM WITHIN THE SAME "CLUB".
I also have observed you may accept the cards of your choice, AND the rebate. The rebates are offered by the Trilegiant operator to keep you on the rolls. It's nice we have access to all the coupons.
AND the rebates are especially nice over quarter end, when you can send in gas $10 for 3Q and $10 for 4Q on Sept 30 and Oct 1.
Trilegaint really loves us, following up the the $9.35 checks just to join. These are especially attractive to those who have used the VCC and closed the VCC.

Would anyone be interested in fillable forms for the forms that you do print? I am sure one of us can work on making all the printable ones fillable.

That would be great, but I am afraid that is not going to be possible for all printable forms since they are not PDFs - so I guess, now that I have said this, one way would be to convert them to PDF first and then make them fillable with Acrobat afterwards

Sorry but you probably won't get those Circuit City GC's if you requested them AFTER you cancelled your trial account. Don't worry your not re-signing up for anything either. Basically your GC request will probably be deleted since your membership ID may be invalid at this point (since you cancelled a month ago right?).
I know it sounds strange they can offer these $20 GC's for only $1 - no obligations. The only catch is you have to be a current member by the time your GC request is received. But thats not a big deal either, since their $1 free trials last up to 30 days.

These Tri. people are getting smarter i guess. I just got one letter from them saying that they have noticed multiple memberships from my add. and nameS and they dont appreciate it.
So they will refund what they took $1 from my CC and will not approve any future
memberships! And this is from AutoVantage and Buyers advantage.
The funny thing is I have only one membership from both the above services.
But I had few with Complhome, Everyday, gfun, travelers adv.
Signing Up
Most offers are $1 for the first month, while some are free. It is best to use virtual credit card numbers, or prepaid credit cards/debit cards for signing up with offers. This will also eliminate the threat of not canceling in time and avoid being charged the next months bill.
You must request it through one of the forms listed in the first post by Wulfspider
So for example say you signed up for the free trial membership of Great Fun through a link that says you can get $20 in gift cards to Mobil/Exxon, you do not have to request that particular gift. If Great Fun for example has another free gift they are offering (like $20 in blockbuster gift cards) then you can get that item through one of the links in the post by Wulfspider.

It isn't as great as it sounds. If it is the "Billfighter" rebate, the $70 rebate is actually five separate rebates that add up to $70. Here is the breakdown:
$20 rebate for any credit card bill (redeemable anytime)
$10 rebate on any cable TV bill (redeemable Q1)
$15 rebate on any gas, oil, or electric bill (redeemable Q2)
$10 rebate on any phone bill (redeemable Q3)
$15 rebate on grocery bill (redeemable Q4)
The catch is that based on the terms you must be a member at the time the rebate is fulfilled. I've have other rebate offers of theirs that they have paid out even after I cancelled, but YMMV. On these, be sure not to throw out the top of the letter the rebate coupons are attached to, as the rebate address isn't on the actual coupons.
I did this on one of my accounts, but don't just think you are going to fill in a single rebate form and get a $70 check. However, it may be worth it to extend the free trial and send in the credit card rebate and the rebate for the current quarter as it would be at least $30 back.

QUESTION: Was it snail mail letter you received, or email?
QUESTION: Did you use the same name, street address, addy, phone, and credit card number for all? What did you/did you not vary?
QUESTION: Why do you think they caught you?
One more thing they know which Gift you were offered when you joined or paid for the membership.
QUESTION: What makes you think this? Did you receive feedback from them? Was is written, or verbal? Did they turn you down for one that you weren't offered when you joined or paid for the membership?
Here's my opinion, and I'd LOVE feedback:
I believe we are declined when

It could be since they change up the offers pretty often. My experience is that often the CSR doesn't really know what they are offering or offer the wrong thing. Also I think they sometimes just confuse their scripts since it is the same bank of people fielding calls for all of the different programs.
Case in point - I called to cancel Buyers Advantage and Complete Home and in both instances was offered the $70 billfighter rebate. I received the $70 billfighter for Buyers Advantage but was sent a rebate form for a $40 Visa gift card from Complete Home.
Let us know what you actually receive.

To answer your question, no. To expand on your post -- It seems to me like Affinity sends them out in monthly batches. They'll send one to everybody who registered for any of their programs about sixty-ish days in arrears. They do limit them to one $9.xx check per person, not one for each "club" sign-up. Most of the ones I receive are for Complete Home. Glad to hear of HotLine. Hope to see more posts on it too! Thanks.

I am sorry if you got the impression. but they actually confirm the addy on your CC with the CC number. So you can only use the Addy on the CC.
What I meant overall is use only one offer each month for one CC, and then different offer next month with the same CC. But if you have different valid addresses and with different CC coming there you are in for a monthly bounty.
But dont forget to CANCEL !!!!!!!! Some of them have $100+ member fees.
Enjoy!

When I signed up, through yourfree360games.com, I used a link that offered the coupons. Then when they sent me the link a few days later to send away for the coupons, I instead used the link from the OP requesting GC's.
In a side note, they canceled my account for some reason. When I called to cancel the service the automated system advised I was already canceled. I might have used a prepaid CC, so maybe that was the reason.

Could you please PM me the details on how to use an anonymus link? For the time being, I removed the hyperlink from my post

Just add the url of an anoymous redirection site/script like this one in front of it.
Eample: http://www.anonym.to/?http://www.ecustservice.com/premiums/buyers/20rebate

Unless, they are a member themselves it would be hard for them to know what was inside the envelope.
How long has it been? You could probably call them and they would extend your trial for free.

Anyone else have issues when trying to use temporary or Visa gift cards when signing up for these offers? I've tried twice in the lats month to sign up using virtual credit card numbers without success. I also couldn't get a Visa gift card to work. Are they finally wising up to the game?

Not in my experience... I recently signed up for Autovantage with a Visa Gift Card.

I usually just use the PayPal Secure Card generator that creates with one-time or multi-use virtual debit cards.

I don't think the Staples $30 GC offer with PrivacyGuard is still active. Staples has it in their most recent ad for a $20 GC now only.

Thanks for the info. Signed up for AutoVantage on Friday, 2/22, went to link in OP for 5 $10 Exxon gas cards on Tues. 2/26 when I recd email "Here's how to get the item you requested" (was in my Bulk folder btw) and recd the cards today. I signed up through PhoneHog to get 180 free long distance minutes also, credited yesterday. The Exxon cards were NOT the offer I signed up for originally, so yes this does work exactly as OP said it does. Awesome deal...$50 gas and 3 hours long distance for free!

That link has already been posted in post #191 (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showpost.php?p=10103229&postcount=191)
Also, as the OP encourages us, you should use the anonym.to service when posting links for these programs.

And why not calling the local store on a hot deal?

I had a couple questions for the poeple that have done these awhile.
I was offered the trial extended another month and the bill fighter rebates. so I took it
Has anyone used the billfighter one before, they said i need reciepts of the bills i pay but i pay most online so what should i send.
Also since i will be enrolled another free month should i try another rebate for gas cards and the billfighter rebate or only do one of them?

Have the charges been actually posted to your credit card online statement and do they have a date? What bank issued the credit card?

Also im questioning the validity of the ecustomer service links in the Wiki since 3 different clubs and have recieved none of the promised giftcards.

You dont necessarily have to wait to get the 'here's how to get your offer' email.
Since you already signed up a few days ago you should be fine just using those links on the first page and signing up for the gifts.

Anyone do the $50 Lowes from Complete Home lately?
After I signed up, it shows a page telling me my sign up e-mail will arrive, with a $20 Gas Card offer right under it. I can do the Lowes one instead of the one they recommend, right?
Sorry if it's a stupid question, thanks for any answers!

This isnt trilgiant its a Dealpass company
Does anyone have number to call them if the giftcard never came
1 800 638 7100 is for rebate type offers like the gas coupons
they said they dont deal with missing giftcards and keep transfering me back to membership #. All they do is mail you another business reply card. im getting dizzy going around in circles.

It's on the first page in the wikipost. If you look at the quarterly gas rebates they state good through 2008.
