Only if you have a colon problem.....

People who fart a lot are in trouble... Colon cancer, diverticulitis, etc. You should take care of your colon. If you don't poop at LEAST once a day, you're in trouble.

According to Dr. Lorraine Day, if you have reading material near your toilet, you are in trouble. Pooping should not take long, and should not be strenous. If it is, you are in trouble.

Another thing that helps is having your feet up on a small stool (a kids-size stool from Target or Walmart or such is perfect!) Or you can just use an empty box. It should be 4-7" high.

I know talking about poop is disgusting, but the rate of colon cancer and the like are increasing at alarming rates.

Eat your veggies, particularly leafy greans (iceberg/head lettuce doesn't count as a leafy green!).

I was in class one day many years ago and some fat guy ripped a fart so loud that the entire class turned in shock to look at him.

Especially the hot 27 year old female teacher....

I wouldn't recommend Gas-x before a date. It is different than beano which prevents gas. Gas-X helps you eliminate gas "naturally"
