It always seems to say it's for "footwear cleaning gel", but i've received their "polar proof" (5 fl oz) and "down wash" (5 fl oz) instead before. Not sure what their current freebie is.

This is one you can do every 3 months. I've gotten many of their products over the last few year. To win though, you MUST answer all of the questions correctly on the first try. If you get something wrong, you need to start over or you can't win and get the free product.
