Page not formatting correctly

Each time I go to the Slickdeals site, it loads without any of the frames or formatting. Rather it shows up as just a bunch of text scattered all over the window. See attached screenshot.

To correct the problem I only need to click on the top link to slickdeals.net and it reloads with all the formatting correct. A simple refresh of the page does not correct the problem. This happens in the Forums as well. Slickdeals is the only site where I have this problem.

While it isn't a big deal, it is annoying to have to reenter the site to see it correctly. Any idea why this would be happening or suggestions?

This is odd, but it looks like a stylesheet file is not loading for you. Have you tried completely clearing your cache and cookies?

If that does not help - try temporarily switching the theme to some other theme, and then changing it back.

I had tried clearing the cache with no change in the behavior. Your suggestion to switch the theme to a different one seems to have done the trick. Thanks!!
