I will not name any names, however lately when I mod alert a post in contest forums to get it edited some mods are no longer willing to edit the post for me. Instead they either tell me to do it myself through new wiki feature or they create a wiki of their own. Now this is great and helps lots of people--but now a pet peeve of mine.
Instead it would be a lot more helpful to edit a direct entry link to the top of a post so users don't have to scroll down to search it out or don't even realize it exists. This in affect shaves many mins off the entry of doing the entire list of contests. That is a big deal for users like myself who would like to enter all the contests.
--IF--mods think this unreasonable and entirely too time consuming on their parts I would be more then willing to volunteer my time as a mod or limited privilege mod without full mod status to make this happen. I submit sometimes dozens of mod alerts per week that would be easily fixable by myself. I love slickdeals, as much as you do. I have won $100's of dollars in great prizes because of this website. In closing I would like to thank the mods here because 90% of the time they do a great job and work extremely hard for little reward.
