I don't know if this is possible but i was thinking that each member could have a favorites page. What I mean is that we will have the option to mark or flag a deal that we like and are planning to re-visit often.

So let's say I wanted to come back to this thread in the future, I could flag it and then when I come back to Slickdeals, I could just click on something like *My Favorite Deals* and it'll list all the threads I've flagged.

Again I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be really convenient to have a list of all the threads you go to often. I also assume this will take a lot of resources too if it's for each member, but if it doesn't it might be worth it to have. Just a thought. :)

You can do this already. Right above the first post in a thread are three pull-down menus: "Thread Tools" "Search this Thread" and "Display Modes". Click on "Thread Tools" and select "Subscribe to this Thread". This will take you a page that asks you in which folder to place this in your subscriptions. You start out with only one folder, namely "Subscriptions". In your Control Panel (see "User CP" a bit higher up & on the left side of the page), you can access your subscriptions, and add and delete folders in your Subscriptions. Don't confuse those folders with your Private Messages folders.

By default, when you submit a post, you will be automatically subscribed to that thread. Clicking on "User CP" will then list for you all threads which you are subscribed to, which have had any new posts since the last time you logged into SlickDeals. You can also set the system to send you an email every time there's a new post in a subscribed thread. That way, if you set it to email you to a Yahoo! account, and you're running Yahoo! Messenger, you will be notified within seconds of someone posting a reply.

There are actually quite a few settings here that you can mess with to "customize your viewing experience." One I would suggest is to set it display 30 or 40 posts per page, rather than the default 15. See if you can find where to change that

Or just ask.
