I found an Energizer link for a "Perf Pack". NOTE: This is only a battery holder, it does not have the real batteries. I know it is not the best freebie but it is something nonetheless. Something is (sometimes) better than nothing. :)

Energizer had a similar promo last year - any idea how many batteries are in the samples they sent out last time?

You might want to change your title on this. This is not for free batteries this is for a sample of their new packaging that the batteries come in. It states the following:

They ask "What size hearing aid battery sample would you like?" on the form, so I'm pretty it's for actual batteries (maybe just not an entire package full). They had a similar promo last year.
