have you tried IEspell for IE or the equivalent extension for Firefox?
these options are much better than a forum spell-check as you could select your own language dictionaries.

Or GNU Aspell.
There are more than 2 browsers in the world, ya know :)

For Firefox, the best spell checker that I have come across is Spellbound. It can be found at http://spellbound.sourceforge.net/

I think that retarded lingo is the kind we're trying to avoid.

Imagine how a spellchecker would handle:
Free High Performance Roadster Race Kit with $14.99+ Super Slicks Store Items Purchase (Must add Roadster to cart) RTBBSUPERSLK 2004-12-24
Buy a Color Pixter, get a free AA batteries 12pk PXAABATTERYA 12/24/2004
$25 off select outerwear of $100+ OUTERWEARPRO 12/25/2004
Free Barbie Airplane with $75+ Purchase in the Barbie Store at Amazon ($59.99 Value)
BARBPLANENTH 2004-12-26
Buy Spider-Man Lab, Get Second One Free RTGADGETHEAD 2004-12-26
10% off in Shoebuy store.
Note: Plus, free shipping. AZTENOFF 12/27/2004There would be at least seven spellcheck hits on that message. The user would have to decide to add to his dictionary or ignore the warnings. If he adds them to the dictionary, pretty soon the dictionary contains a bunch of junk and becomes meaningless. If he ignores them, then spellchecking is negated.
I don't think it's reasonable to enforce spellchecking in an environment like Slickdeals.

I must be missing something here because I went to this site did a download (not sure if I even was supposed to need to since I have firefox version1.0 mozilla 5) and hit the install button but upon doing the right click I don't show a spell check option. Any help offered?
