I have a friend who wants to post at work and I don't understand that this policy since you already have an activation system working for accounts.

i think his friends account is awaiting moderator activation. not sure how it works, someone creating a second joke account told me it happened to them.

So does it do this if you try to create an account from the same IP another one was just logged in from?
