I would like to recommend a temporary Happy New Year Sub-Forum in, perhaps, the Hot Deals Forum.
I know lots of ppl will keep posting New Year greetings (just as some already have), resolutions and sales/deals...
Some complain that placing their post in The Lounge, where it rightfully should be, it won't get enough exposure and joyous fun as it would in Hot Deals... It may be true, but the rules are the rules and they don't belong Hot Deals.
However, making a sub-forum for Happy New Year can provide a little bit for everyone. It can be used like the BF forum that was there a month back... and it can give everyone a chance to voice their hopes for the new year. It will also prevent new Happy New Year posts from showing up in Hot Deals, and the mods will have to work less to keep filtering them out. :)
