Aloha to my SD Mag friends! I have read everywhere and everything and I am having problems with getting signed up for any free mags. I have gotten many before under either my spouse's or my profile. For the past 2 weeks I am getting "shot down" for any mags I try to sign up with. All are rejected or refused for the same thing: I do not qualify under ANY profile. It is the same reason for FBM or Reward's Gold (when those offers come to me) or with Mercury Mag. Why, in the past 2 weeks, do none of them go through? I am trying not to whine or complain but this is ridiculous!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You've probably noticed that lately, the pickings have been slim. I have a theory that not only are there less magazine offers, but that these offers are for fewer subscriptions. So either offers run out sooner, and/or (as I suspect in your case) the publisher is now more selective about which demographics get it in the first place.

Yes, I know that doesn't solve your problem. However, remember that while your free magazines may be drying up, you still live in Hawaii, which I think makes up for it.

If i remember correctly it was from a link through the mercury newspaper! and no i did not click on other great offers because it was a link to maxim only.

The only way a company could ever ask for money for a free or complementary subscription is if you signed up for another year of that mag by returning that magazines "Renewal Invoice" that most, if not all will send out, when your subscription is nearing its final issue.

Personally, the only thing I have ever received, besides the magazine subs, were the renewal notices. Never received a bill for any sub from the sd's free magazine forum.

I received my first issue of The Wall Street Journal Today. (The First issue arrived yesterday, but I didn't check the P.O. Box yesterday).

The account is for Monday-Friday delivery but if you call customer service and register with them (just give them the name and address on the account and an email address) and then register online you can get Saturday delivery (the Weekend edition) for free.
