I had problems with this until I tried a computer that had Windows Vista. There, in Internet Explorer, the trick is to go to Internet Options> Privacy> option: Accept All Cookies (i.e., lowest security level).

I tried for this magazine a year ago by mailing in a card from Urban Outfitters, but I guess the offer had expired by then. So it's nice to finally have another chance at it. Thanks!

(by the way, it was the presence of this card that introduced me to the world of free magazine subscriptions in the first place. I googled the phrase "free magazines" to make sure there wasn't a catch. The second result was Slick Deals: Free Magazines forum. Better believe it set me straight!)
