If you follow the instructions to print to pdf, ie cutepdf, downlaod install cute pdf.
Go to File print. It will SAVE IT as a pdf. create a filename on your desktop,
Logback into Slickdeals, hit reply, upload the image on the paperclip. Click attach and submit.

in order to use the $25/$50, they've assumed you made 5 purchases on your rewards card. i've always needed mine to use any coupon i have in the store. if its not registered, you could always just get another one (and call to have any recent receipts put on your acct so you can start to earn your own rewards too). they normally ask for my phone # to pull up the acct, but yeah i've always been asked to provide one.

I have never had a problem, but I guess it's ymmv depending on your store and the cashier.
You could always try going at a different time of day so different cashiers are working.
Or you could always use the code on line if you're afraid of being flagged in the store! hth!

i've had usage denied only once. my rewards card is in my dads name since he first got it buying gifts for me and my mom. (so is the borders, best buy, modells etc. and never had problems there). i went to use a $25 off $50 printable and since it had my name and email even though its the same last name they wouldnt let me use it. but like i said, thats only happened once, and i've changed stores since and never had a problem.

now i dont really "abuse" the coupons, but i *always* use a $25/$50 (when we have one :bounce2:) or a $30/$75 snail mail card whenever i shop (which is roughly a couple times a month).

In that time you could've theoretically made 5 purchases, so in my mind as long as you dont use it more than once every 5 business days you should never have your acct flagged. hth!

Did anyone else get the NY&Co Settlement Offer postcard in the mail--looks like only CA. It says the postcard is $30 off $75 coupon (and the coupon code is there for the cashier). It's for improperly asking for personal info from customers like phone numbers (I thought all stores did this).

It says OR you can exchange this settlement offer for a $15 Gift Card (no minimum purchase required), but it doesn't say how to do this.

Did anyone else get the NY&Co Settlement Offer postcard in the mail--looks like only CA. It says the postcard is $30 off $75 coupon (and the coupon code is there for the cashier). It's for improperly asking for personal info from customers like phone numbers (I thought all stores did this).

It says OR you can exchange this settlement offer for a $15 Gift Card (no minimum purchase required), but it doesn't say how to do this.

Edit: found info online, must send in postcard and letter to receive gift card instead

I went today and they give the card out at the register after they ring up your purchase. Mine was only 15% off so I used my $25 off $50 coupon instead to get a better deal. Of course you can't use more then one coupon at a time. If I would have gotten a 50% off I would have bought more! I bought a pair of black skinny jeans and I wanted them in gray too so I would have ran back and got them but 15% off is nothing! imo
The jeans were $46.95 and the earrings were $10.95 with my $25 off $50 my total was $33.94 with tax, so not too bad! I wish I would have printed out 2 of the $25 off $50 then I could have just made 2 purchases and bought the other pair of jeans with a filler. Oh well maybe I'll go back again. Newbie here, but I can add some insight since this happened to me twice before.

I had actually made 12 purchases before I realized I didn't receive my $25 off $50 coupon. I called the NY&Co Rewards help line and was prompted to leave a brief message explaining the problem. The next day a rep contacted me and I told her I had made over 5 purchases, but had yet to receive any coupons. I read her the dates from my receipts and two days later I received two emails with $25 off $50 coupons, and my online rewards statement was updated with all the previous purchases I made. For some reason my rewards card wasn't connected to the main system, so my purchases weren't recorded even though the sales clerk would scan my card at the cash register.

The second time this happened I contacted the help line again and received a callback the next morning. I told the rep this had previously happened, and that I thought my rewards card might be damaged/malfunctioning. She assured me my card was fine; my points was sent to another person's account and that they have a system to track the wayward points and reward them to me. I just had to verify my rewards card number & email address with her. The next day I received a coupon (by email) and once again my online rewards statement was updated. After that I had no more issues with my purchases not tabulating.

Just have your rewards card handy and receipts in order when the NY&Co rep calls you.

the best thing to do is ,to tell the SA to pull out ur rewards card (they can do it,by putting in ur phn no.).Make sure its the same one,under which u registered. You can login n check it under ur account info.

I never give them my card,n they never ve asked either.They just ask my phn no...n i make sure to ask them each time if they pulled out my rewards card...that way nowadays i m not having any problem .

I got 2 last week when my store had mistakenly put a "30% off City Style Tunics" sign on the newer tunics (the pinstriped ones). It rang up regular price but they offered me the 30% off anyway ;) .. not the best deal but they only had one left in my size so I'm verrry happy I was able to get 'em!
