I also have another thread for giving your codes away but please do not ask or beg for codes there or here.
I hope that we can get this thread to become popular as I know there are probably lots who do this program or want to join it cause their tired of mycokerewards or for other reasons. I am trading currently a pirates of the carribean 3 code for mcr so pm with offers!

Disney Movie Rewards codes are printed on little paper inserts inside of specially marked DVDs and Bluray discs. They have varying point values assigned to them and you can collect codes/ points to redeem for all sorts of prizes at DisneyMovieRewards.com (http://disney.go.com/disneymovierewards/). Prizes can range from stickers to movie posters to t-shirts and even TVs!

I'll attach a PDF of movies that are currently eligible (as of March 31, 2008) for DMR points. (I have no idea why the format is so odd, I just "printed" as a PDF from Disney's site itself, oh well.)
Lets do this like they do in the coke barter thread. If you have had a good trade with someone that is already on here add your username right next to it. If the person is not on the good traders list add their username and yours right next to theirs. Please do not add yourself on here! If you have someone that is a bad trader put them on the bad trader list along with the problem you had with them.

Disney movie rewards? Wait..I'm part of that I think...yup that's what the front of my letter says..but it's actually Disney Movie club..I signed up through an offer site for points for something else, and decided not to cancel since I'll probably be able to fill the 5 DVD requirement in two years, and I like Disney movies :D What I really don't appreciate are the promo packs they send me like every 3 weeks "We will sent out such&such DVD automatically billed to your Visa unless we receive other instructions by 1-14-08" so I have to send out this postcard tomorrow..I really don't appreciate them doing that as if what if USPS loses it? Oh they just go ahead and damn charge me for a DVD I might not want? I was hoping Disney wouldn't go to these type of sleazy practices..

No, Disney Movie Rewards is a points program where you earn points from DVD purchases and movie tickets. These points can then be redeemed for stuff like digital cameras, books, figurines, etc.

Who decides what Disney CDs get the codes? I recently got Tron:Legacy, despite it not being good for DMR. I also got the "Almost Alice" CD not long ago. Neither have DMR codes on or with them.

And it says in my DMR inbox that I may have won something involving a trip to Burbank for two and the chance to win more things. I'm eagerly awaiting my e-mail to confirm if this is indeed true. Any 3-D Blu-Ray Combo Pack is worth 200 points, as far as I know!
As far as I know only Tangled, Tron:Legacy (soon) and maybe Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland will have that, though...
Of course, since the combo-pack is the one with the coupon for it...

Well, despite not seeing Tangled and not having a Blu-Ray player (to say nothing of 3d!), I bought two copies of the combo pack. Part was due to getting a refund from one- but having to cut out the UPC code for it! (Alas, Best Buy sold out their stock of Pascal.) I LOVED IT!
But, since I have two combo packs, this means I have two of the DMR codes...so I am looking for a trade of 200 DMR points for my code. (Two DVDs that I don't have will do.) Incidentally, this code grants access to Disney Movies Online's copy of Tangled...so you can watch it whenever you wish!

Edit: I traded for the code already. I still recommend the movie!

As you know, the Tron:Legacy DVD goes on sale today...and if you input the DVD or Blu-Ray code from any edition of Tron:Legacy, you get double points! That's 100 more points for the DVD, 125 more points for the Blu-Ray and 200 more points for the 3-D Blu-ray! I'm looking through my old dvds and I came upon my Little Mermaid dvd. It came with a code and I tried entering it, but it's coming up as "unknown". I looked on the list of current eligible titles and I don't see Little Mermaid :o However, this title was on an older list of eligible titles that I saw. I'm thinking either this code expired and it won't work anymore :( BUT when I went on the FAQ, it says even if the code is expired, it's still supposed to work? I'm confused...

Anyone have this happen to them?

They don't expire. However, not all DVD's will have a code. I went through our own collection not that long ago and at some point they didn't have the program. But I was able to enter 1 or 2 codes that were forgotten about.

No problem. When I'm at a friend's or relative's house, I'll ask if they do DMR or if I can have their codes. Most say they won't ever do it and I'll redeem their codes. Works great for some of the older / odder DVD's that I don't own. Eventually most people start sending me their codes when they get new movies... without me even asking! :woot:

I just picked up the two BatB DVDs being rereleased (25% off on and Christmas-themed Disney DVDs at Toys-R-Us!),when I found an interesting note on the back of the DMR code thing. Apparently Disney Movies Online may be changing to what's called "Disney Studio All Access". I'm not sure if it's a cloud thing or what, but it does promise to allow streaming of Disney movies you own, and it will be connected to DMR.

No problem. When I'm at a friend's or relative's house, I'll ask if they do DMR or if I can have their codes. Most say they won't ever do it and I'll redeem their codes. Works great for some of the older / odder DVD's that I don't own. Eventually most people start sending me their codes when they get new movies... without me even asking! :woot:

Thanks! I only had one Blu-Ray (Which I used to get the Player ;) ), and one DVD I put in, but it still helps! (If there's another double points day, I can put in the DVD I have left.)

It's for a discount on the new Blu-Ray. Also, I'm trading Coke points for DMR, not vice versa.
