Problems viewing this website...

I bought a new PC with Windows Vista. I imported my bookmarks for Firefox and everything had been working find until I tried to view the Slickdeals website. I am getting zero graphics on the page (which makes it rather difficult to read and view everything.)

The website looks like this to me:

I hope this post works, because I can't see if the image tag works since I can't see graphics - really weird!

The site shows the same in Firefox and Internet Explorer, Anyone have any ideas why I might be having this problem?


UPDATE: OK- no idea why, but all of a sudden everything started working again

If it happens again try clearing your cache. Also, you can try to reload the page by pressing CTRL+F5 (this will force the browser to re-download the images rather than using what's in your cache).

it looks like you could have accidently disabled page styles. did any other websites look similar? if so it's page styles in firefox.
if not it might be a slickdeals webserver. when you request the front page your browser relies on other files to actually assemble what you see as slickdeals.net. like css data javascript etc. most of those pieces are stored on i.slickdeals.net which might have been down, although regular slickdeals.net was up, so you didn't see the website the way it was intended.
