try a slightly different profile - I just did this Education profile and it offered it to me., For some reason the teacher one is tricky - ya have to do it in just the right way to trigger their internal offers of trade mags or they won't offer you the come-on freebie:

Profile:

Education
...Education
.......School/Library/Education
...........Teaching
...............Educator/teacher

That should do it. if doesn't, try the exact same thing but using a new email.

I just used this profile as a test and it offered me the mag.
