on the L4C7C9Y I can only guess is that they replaced it with the new 20% code that expires on 11/30. That one for 12/2 was out for quite some time.

Edited to add: The coupon takes 40% off the discounted price. Although Barnes and Noble doesn't discount as many books as Amazon this is a good oportunity to get some books for even less than Amazon's discounted price.

Once in a rare while things are cheaper to buy at Barnes and Noble. A couple weeks ago I used a 40% off coupon from Barnes and Noble to buy a $70 book that they were discounting on their site to $56. The coupon took 40% off the discounted price. Borders would only take it off the list price and Amazon discounts it only to $52. And I used the coupon without having their membership.
