When OP or any post in a thread is mod alerted, either to move it to proper forum or to mention about repost

can there be a message in that post so that it is not repeatedly mod-alerted

I think the only ones who would be bothered by this would be the mods? :confused: And anyways, I also think that they would rather have too many valid mod alerts than too few!

I asked for this a while ago & Mr. SD told me that creating such a program would be very hard. I don't mind the repeat MAs (expect for the times I log in to find 12+ MAs from 1 spammer), that is why we are here in the first place.

Daily. :nod: In fact, I got so MA happy the other day, I accidentally MA'd myself in a thread that a TR had started in the Lounge. And then Arj and Burn laughed at me. :blush: I am a dork.

the ma system we used is a hacked/custom coded system done by mr sd. it'd require redoing most of it. it really doesn't happen terribly often, and for the spammers its nice to know there's something that needs immediate attention vs something like a repost which can wait a few minutes till we're not busy.
