Anybody got any good deals out there on Wysong? True, the dude who runs the company is a bit kooky :insane: , but puppy loves the food!!

Okay, forget the Wysong. I did some more research (LOVE the Dog Food Analysis page at http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/, but I do wish it worked in Firefox), and no more Wysong for puppy. It's not highly rated at all. So I'm looking at the 5 star and 6 star kibbles. But these darned things are SOOOO expensive!! What if I get a bag and she hates it?

That's when I discovered http://www.k9cuisine.com/. FREE SAMPLES!! Well, you have to pay for shipping. But I got 20 free samples (only can order 10 at a time, so I submitted 2 orders) and 1 cheap sample for a total of about $25. But you get FREE SHIPPING for ANY ORDER OVER $50.

DANG! If you're getting a 30 or 40 pound bag, that might make this site a much better deal than petfooddirect.com. I don't know yet; I haven't looked at specific brands or anything. I don't see anybody talking about this site (except on Dogster, where they love love love love love k9cuisine.com), so I wonder if anyone has any experience with it.

Anyone? Anyone?

Hope it's okay to top this. I feel grain-free and my pup, Baxter, loves it! I really like how he's done on it.

One of the benefits of feeding premium is that you wind up feeding less, seeing nicer coat, better breath, and less to scoop!

Anyway, K9cuisine is great. Anthony extended a discount code, Dogster08, to everyone on Dogster. It should get you 10% off regularly priced items.

Thanks for the feedback!! I'll probably order from here when it comes time to buy food for my pup again!

Not hardly. K9 charges grossly over-inflated prices to make up for shipping. The Orijen I buy is $73 from K9. I can get it for $58 shipped from PFD if I wait for the 22% sales which run every couple of weeks or so. That's a whopping $15 extra per bag for "free" shipping.
