i would love to load all the posts in one window rather than having to click through page after page.

maybe it would be an idea that every user can determine for him/herself how many posts he wants on one page.

all that i meant was that there should be a choice of pages or view all at once like almost every online store offers.

This is kind of available. You can go to the preferences and select to see 40 posts per page. Not exactly unlimited, but a pretty good amount...

There is a plugin for firefox. I believe it's called "autopageload" Which does exactly that! It's pretty great! It loads all pages and lists them all one after the other. It's practically infinitely customizable.

For those that want to view more than 40 posts at once, you can also click on the "show printable version" link under Thread Tools while viewing the thread. This will give you about 200 posts per page. Since it's the printable version with pictures/avatars/smileys removed, it won't be as pretty as the normal forum view. But you would be able to see more posts per page at least.
