Newegg has them for this price regularly on sale.

Right now the seagate 750gb is 109 with free shipping and no tax if you dont live in california.

Although this is SATA(which is better) keep checking newegg.

It's funny how SATA is cheaper these days...
This one is a little over your budget and OEM, but it still comes with 5 year warranty.

I am also looking for 750gb IDE drive to replace in my series 2 tivo. I currently have a 500gb sata green drive with a sata to pata adaptor and it's not working very good since it fails to recognize the drive during bootup sometimes.

Here's a $70 oem (http://3btech.net/rese757216bu.html), free shipping. For the money, 1/3 less, I'd go for it over one with a warranty. This one does have a 6 month warranty at least. And remember, if a drive goes bad, you'll get a recertified replacement and all your data is gone either way.

Why Seagate?

Seagate has a 5 year warranty. Considering 750s were rare to start, a 5 year is a bust for those of us with PATA requirements

I'm not exactly sure what you're doing, but with my modded xbox I had a 120gb drive and all of my media was on my computer in a shared folder. Do that and you wouldn't have much of a need to upgrade your xbox.

Also, Seagate isn't going to be making PATA drives in 5 years (or probably 1 year), so I wouldn't be so excited about that warranty. If you need a replacement after the PATAs are gone, they'll give you a SATA drive.
