Expired Deals - Subsection under Hot/Slick Deals...

Hi,
I was wondering if there was anyway we could have a subsection under both the Hot and Slick deals section to deal with expired deals, but one which people still want to discuss about...

This way, the main section will have only the latest deals at all times...
