I'm looking for a deal on broadband internet. Doesn't Best Buy have kiosks where you can sign up for cable internet? Do they have any deals going on right now?

Hmm I checked the website and there is a promotion for, 12 Mbps $150 cash back, free modem and wireless router and $33/month for 3 months. However, how does this site works? Does Comcast still come out and set up for you? Is it possible to call Comcast and ask about this site?


Update: So I called and they say that the regular price is $60/month. They said that I can cancel before the 3 months run out and sign up for a different plan. Anyone tried this before? I was thinking of getting Comcast's 6 Mbps for 55/month when the 3 months promotion come up.

No I am not. I just want cable internet and not the triple play like Comcast wants. Why don't they have deals for new customers?

I just signed up for Comcast via comcastoffers.com. There's a $30 rebate on the modem, which goes to CPG. I Googled but didn't find any updates on how Motorola plans to handle its rebates. Any ideas?
