I received this one today. It was different than normal. They didn't pay at all for the screener and the screener, but the screener only took 10 minutes (not the 25-30 that they estimated). It seemed like I might qualify for the follow-up.

After you click on Member Cash Out Request it goes to a page where it shows your home address and asks to check you mailing address and to edit if needed. Click on the NEXT button and it takes you to where the options which are:

Send me a check in US dollars ($) for the full amount.
Donate full amount to a charity. (Select to see a list of charities.)
Send my cash out to my PayPal account.

Thankies, it was my browser. For some odd reason only half the page was showing up in FF, there was nothing below the option to edit. Had to clear my cookies then restart FF to get it to load properly and then cashed out with PayPal.
