A flash enabled avatar would be pretty cool.

Except for people without Flash, who would get a notice every time they load a page, "Do you wish to download and install Macromedia Flash Player".

They can disable that box that comes up... in internet explorer -> tools -> options --> and then something in there (too lazy to go look). I use FF.

they should allow bigger avatar size like 100 x 100 instead of 66 x 66

You're too lazy to look, but you think everyone else is going to be willing to actually do it?

I don't have to explain it at all. But if you want to know, I would glady tell you how to do it, all you had to do was ask. Plus no one asked how to do it, I just wanted to say that it could be disabled. Here is how to do it if you don't know how:
tools ---> options ---> click on the advanced tab ----> about 11 down, you will see install on demand (internet explorer) and (other). Uncheck both of them and that should get rid of it.
If that doesn't work, you can try this.
In IE go to Tools | Internet Options | Security Tab | Custom Level.
Disable the first 5 items, which are all related to activex. If that doesn't work, your either outta luck or have to install a popupblocker to stop this from happening. It's time to get with the times and install flash if you don't have it.
Also, if you look at the macromedia website, it shows that 97% of all internet users have macromedia flash player installed. Most likely, 99.99% of slickdealers all know enough about computers to have it installed. As I type this message, the add up top for vonage is flash, so its already implemented into this site. No one is complaining about being asked to install it yet. Mr. SD obviously doesn't see that flash is on a problem.
