I loved it personally. Can't stand mushrooms though, but the server gave me some without mushrooms.
Sure it's not authentic Chinese food you'd get in China or something, but I personally like Americanized Chinese fast-food. When I'm looking for fast food it is one of my top picks. And the Panda Express stuff seems to have nice quality veggies in it too, so it's not as bad as some places/foods.
I also like their Kobe Beef and Firecracker Chicken. Haven't been there in a while though, but will probably hit it again soon now that I've been reminded of the foods they have there. They're yummy.

By the way, the coupon saves you either $1.25 extra entree price + $1 premium upcharge or even $3 + $1 upcharge. This will beat a lot of competitor coupons or even when Taco Bell was selling their "100%" disc-looking things for $1.
I hope everyone realizes that a standard plate weights roughly 22-23 oz. and about 75% of customers will consider that a full meal. This serving is the same weight as what you would get as an entree in the plate. When you get it by itself, course it won't seem enough. After all, you're supposed to have another entree of the same size/weight + a side to go with it.
I apologize if anyone found the beef too "chewy". We have to adhere to an extremely strict food safety policy and cook it to 165F. Personally, when I cook my steak, I like it medium-rare to pinkish medium. The way we have to cook it in accordance with stricter guidelines, cause it to be medium to medium well. I'm sure many would take my words as simply a lame attempt at marketing, but you can't find this level of meat (top sirloin, granted not choice quality) at any other QSR and at this price point.
I'll be more than happy to hear any other suggestions.

Whenever they have these free entree coupon promotions is about the only time I will step foot in a Panda Express. Americanized Chinese food is generally terrible. Having said that, I thought the Shanghai Angus Steak is probably the best thing on their menu to date.
Knowing about this deal beforehand, I made some rice at home and brought it to the office. I have two Panda Express restaurants within half a mile of each other, and picked up two entrees, and it made out for an awesome lunch at work.

|DeeBeeRN||I got mine and it was ok. I rarely go to Panda Express. I used the coupon and was charged for the steamed rice and egg roll I added. The egg roll was terrible.|
