Wohoo! I finally got my Xigmatek rebate this morning (via PayPal) from this deal from Dec. 2011.
And... it only took 10 months and my sending of 6 e-mails. Their first excuse was that my submission was processed, but my invoice (which I had created via Newegg's print invoice feature, so it was nice and proper) only showed the order #, not the invoice # (hey, it's not my fault Newegg stopped showing the invoice # when you go print invoices), so I e-mailed them a PDF of the e-mail invoice that Newegg had sent (which did include the invoice #).
Their next excuse, sent 2 months after the invoice hassle, was that processing is slow since they process only once a week (which means what? that I have to wait a week? I've waited months!).
Anyway, they asked if PayPal was okay and for me to send them my PayPal address if it is. Three weeks later, still nothing. Then one more e-mail a couple of days ago asking what's going on, and finally, two months short a year, I got the rebate.
I didn't go the BBB/AG route, though--that would've been more trouble than it was worth; I just pestered them with e-mails every time I remembered that I still had this rebate pending.
(Also, while I got a canned reply from Christina the first time I e-mailed, all my subsequent e-mails were handled by a Nicole. Perhaps she is Christina's replacement? She was nice, though, and apologetic in her e-mails to me. I suspect that the blame lies with Dohn (their boss?) who she was CC'ing in the replies.)

Yeah, I never buy anything that has a MIR that makes the deal. Last year sometime, I bought a Xigmatek computer case for $25 shipped with a $5 MIR. I filled EVERYTHING out correctly, mailed it in on time and never heard a thing back. I read all the horror stories and just marked it up as a lesson learned. Lucky for me it was only $5. If it was any more, I would of chased it.
GL to anyone that is chasing it.

I am sorry for your troubles, but I still maintain that your anger is aimed in the wrong direction.
We do not know the personal situation of the woman in question, and it is unfair to speculate that she is complicit in Xigmateks shady rebate practices. Not only that, but unless there is action taken by the Atorneys Office to actually prosecute Xigmatek, we do not even know if what they are doing actually violates the letter of the law. Certainly I agree with you that it appears fraudulent, and that we should refrain from purchasing any Xigmatek products that have rebates. But I recall many other instances of companies shady rebate practices, and it appears that it is an area of the law that is very vague and hard to enforce. That is why forums such as this are good, because we can self-regulate so to speak by denying our business to such companies.

In contrast to your story, I have submitted multiple rebates to Xigmatek, and have gone through ridiculous lengths to get it done. Even after I reached Christina (a monumental feat of luck and perseverance), my requests were always forgotten about. Only after I contact the New York State Attorney General's office did anything get done. Many of my friends and coworkers went through the same ordeal and got run-around after run-around from Christina. Check out any thread on Xigmatek. You lucked out.

I have done three rebates with Xigmatek....and all of them were payed quickly via paypal after I spoke with Christina.
So save your vitriol about her (and Long Island as well for that matter) for the company that is putting these conditions in place, please.

Got my November rebate. Christina said they are caught up on November rebates and are doing 2012 ones now. So if you didn't get your November rebate by now, it probably has a problem of some kind.
Apparently one thing is the November rebate form asks for the invoice # and the invoice, but if you print out your "Invoice Details" on Newegg like most/all places want you to do, the invoice # isn't on there anymore, but the order # is. So that can cause some confusion.

I received my February rebate after 22 weeks.
Supposedly they have a new policy where emails about rebates are answered within 24 hours. Use the email address that's listed on the rebate form and not the christina one, she will ignore you. Also, xigmatek has a manufacturer forum on overclock dot net.

|JOHNLAW||Has anyone gotten a rebate that didn't file complaints?|

I'm in the same boat ( 24 weeks now ) and I registered just to comment. I would also suggest people file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission:
I just spoke with someone @ Newegg via chat and she stated:
"We are aware that customers are having issues with Xigmatek rebates" and she stated they would help me resolve this issue once I provided Newegg with copies of the rebate / UPC.
This is clearly rebate fraud, we see the pattern and so does Newegg. As the USPS is involved this could also be considered mail fraud, I would suggest if people are out of options file a mail fraud complaint as well:
