I got the wrong bouquet...cheaper, smaller, different colors. I sent several emails and pictures. No replies. I sent an email threatening to contest the charge to two of his email addresses yesterday. No reply.
Just sent in a dispute with BoA.
I'm guessing I'm going to have to do the same on the second order I placed that to be delivered in July. Credit card already charged on that one. We'll see what happens.

|macfjc||I was charged. My flowers never recieved. I got the same email response indicating "Will do" to cancel my order and issue a refund. I have not received anything to date. I have sent him an email this morning letting him know that I will contact my credit card co. if he doesnt respond.|

|jenarch||I ordered flowers on May 11 for that were supposed to be delivered yesterday for my best friend's birthday and lo' and behold he didn't get anything! Terrible service that they don't deliver as promised. I should have just got my friend some local flowers because no he has nothing!|

|aznatama||My scheduled delivery for the 23 was missed, I am contacting them now and trying to find out WTF... I placed the order on May 11, should be plenty of time to get things in line. Flowers were suppose to arrive for my gf a day after I left the country for 2months. WTF That sure ruined everything... POS company.|

I had placed three orders. When they didn't arrive by MD, I had to buy overpriced flowers for the local recipient of one of my three orders. I had emailed David and asked him to cancel the one order since they hadn't arrived, and I had already purchased flowers from elsewhere to make up for his missed delivery date. His response was "will do".
A few days later, I got a confused phone call from the recipient, wondering why she received a second batch of flowers from me. I told her that the order was supposed to have been cancelled; that I was not losing my mind.
Have sent two emails back to David, including his email to me that he would cancel my order - have asked for a refund for the one order he said he would cancel. No response as of yet. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I am filing BBB/Visa claim.
I know that some people probably lost some money after getting slammed on this deal, but when a company says they will do something (e.g. cancel an order), and they do not, they need to be held responsible.

|CDI||My order was delivered on the 19th, 6 days after scheduled delivery. Ignored emails, no follow-up on status, no apology...not even remotely excusable. Poor customer service. Will be filing a complaint/chargeback with Visa.|

My sister in law got her arrangement today, a whopping 5 days after scheduled delivery!
I asked David to change the message and he didn't, so of course they still arrived with a Happy Mother's Day card. The bouquet is much cheaper than the one I chose, but the color scheme and flower selection is about the same. She's happy, I'm happy.

|moosika||My mom just called today and said she got her flowers. I didn't bother emailing anyone because my cc wasn't charged yet. She said they are beautiful. She is a slick dealer so I actually fessed up to the deal. She was even more impressed. She uses the flower shop they came from all the time and said the arrangement was easily $30 -$40 if you walked into the store and bought it. I originally scheduled delivery for the 12th but I am completely happy that they were delivered at all!|

Same thing happend to me. I received the order confirmation when I placed the order for delivery on 5/12. My mom and MIL never received them until today. I already put a dispute with my cc company the other days since they never received them when I expected them to be delivered.

I just found out the flowers I ordered for mother's day for my grandmother are being delivered today! I received an order confirmation last week when I placed the order. I got another today saying they were delivering my flowers TODAY. My grandmother does not speak English so I didn't call to check she got them. I just assumed she did. There is no place on the website to check on your order. I just assumed my original order confirmation meant they were being sent. Grrrrrrr.
BBB and Visa will be hearing my complaints since it seems no one's orders were filled on time.
