Luna - I don't have the address but just call the number on the back of the box and they'll give it to you.
Everyone else - I wrote them and explained the situation... and they sent the $ they owed to me back. I prob. won't be doing any more p&g rebates since I don't trust them.

|hba123||P&G has been bad on rebates lately. Call their CS and explain the situation. I did P&G rebate requiring $50 and it was sent back saying didnt meet that even though my receipts showed $55. I called, and they corrected their error and i got the $$ back.|

Crest Intensive Whitestrip Money Back Guarantee problem?
I purchased the whitestrips around July 1st.. called the money back guarantee number on the back and sent out everything they needed a little after a week of purchase since I wasn't satisfied with my results. Definitely not worth $60. I've whitened my teeth before and these were the worst whitestrips I've used (super painful and sucked at whitening). Anyway, I got my rebate back with them saying DECLINED because I didn't purchase in the specified time period. The box says I have to send out my rebate within 60 days if i'm not satisfied.. Which I did. I'm so irritated with them. I did another rebate with them about two years ago (last rebate I did).. one of those purchase $50 and get $10 back or whatever.. I actually purchased over $70 worth of things and included the receipt and sent it back declined saying I didn't purchase $50 worth of items when I did. Irritated.
