Yep, mine said 6 months when I signed up, and it stopped working after a few days. It might have been a week but I dont even think it was that long.
Back to SKY.FM for me. Its free and it works, check it out in place of these Sirius turds.

me: and they ended it a couple days after
me: if you cant fix it its fine
Trex: "I hope you enjoyed the service. If you'd like to continue listening to SiriusXM, we have a great offer that will give you 30 days of free listening but it's only available online. Visit http://www.siriusxm.co
me: ok.. so it wasnt a real 6 month trial
Trex: Yes that's right.

Just like others have posted my 6 month trial expired as well. Was really looking foward to the free 6 months and I probably would have actually signed up and paid after that. Not now though!

Now imagine what would be if there were Sirius and XM?? We would end up having 1 year accounts in both of them. They will let us to renew a year later.
I blame the government for allowing their merger. How wired is this? Is there any other monopoly in this country?

|Newb777||That;s the standard rate they're giving now. I just got off the phone with Sirius. I dont think this is a good deal at all especially since $5/20 including royalty fees and even internet was given in the past.|

So Sirius decided to call me after I made a complaint to the BBB. They said that the code was a discontinued code and that it was a glitch in their system to let it go through. They offered me a free one month trial so I went ahead and took it.
They also offered Sirius XM for the car for 6 months and 1 year at half off with the internet service for only $3.50.

|luckyyear2009||I have been an XM subscriber for 5 years and they also cancelled my free 6 mo trial too...So unfair, online streaming used to be PART of the monthly subscription cost.|

|shoeless1542||I called in and complained as I am a Sirius XM Subscriber in my car. The account rep said they marked all codes as being expired, because they were leaked to the internet. Since I am a current subscriber he offered the service to me for $3.50 a month. I threatened to cancel and he credited my account for 2 months. Pretty bum deal.|
