I'm still waiting for my copy to get here. I am a bit disappointed though. I bought mine through GovX because that was the only way to get the military-exclusive edition. I wanted the Amazon steelbook or would have been satisfied with a cheaper pre-order, but I decided to get the GovX copy.
I decided to randomly check GovX today only to find out that all weekend, for Veteran's Day, they are giving away codes for all of the exclusive content that I ordered a copy for.
At least now I have two codes and can find something on CAG to trade for possibly. But I could have had dat steelbook AND the exclusive camos.

I enjoyed the more concentrated story from the first (Everything taking place in Afghanastahn (SP...) and after I read up on Operation Anaconda it was pretty cool relating that to the game. Compared to MW2+3 where you have a pretty unrealistic Red Dawn attack on Washingtion and NYC, and then a beach attack on Germany and then you jump to the South America to kill some terrorists, the story felt very hard to follow (In COD). BF3 was better, but still had the jump around so we can kill people in cool places feel.
I guess I just feel like MOH had the most realistic story of the 3 series. I'll keep an eye out for a price drop.

Is the single player better then the first or did they Micheal Bay the story so it doesnt make any sense?
I really enjoyed the story on the first, but the gameplay was kinda crappy.

I've been playing a bunch and I have to say I definitely enjoy it a lot more than MOH from 2010. It feels a lot less clunky, but it still doesn't have that smoothness that BF3 has. But it's fun. I like the customization you can do with the weapons and the ability to change the way your soldier looks. I also REALLY like the whole fireteam dynamic. If you get a good partner, you can tear shit up. The stat tracking through battlelog is also a huge plus. I like being able to check both my BF3 stats and my MOH stats without having to open up different sites.
There are still a few problems. Spawn system is kind of messed up (but what game doesn't have a spawn system that will sometimes put you two feet from an enemy? BF3 has done it to me and COD is an absolute joke when it comes to this). I've also spawned outside of the map (only has happened on one map), resulting in me falling to my death three times in a row. I've also spawned without falling through the map, but ended u pon the other side of the "invisible wall" that keeps you from walking outside the borders of the map. This was on that jungle map.

|windyhillsurfer||Got mine and played a few rounds. I like the new maps, but the game in general feels too linear (multiplayer), but it's still fun. Anyone else notice a resemblance of the intro's to the multiplayer games to the ones in uncharted multiplayer?|

|kasty||about to go to BB and pick up my copy. Was reading on Kotaku that there's already a Day 1 patch for the game being released sometime today (if not already) to plug some bugs/glitches and other numerous issues.|

|XReflection||Got a 50% preorder on it from origin, so I figure why not. I could use a different fps to try out. Bf3 will always be my mainstay though.|
