|ryk1998||spent $4000 at staples and similar amounts since 1996 and bl this year over aggressive coupon use...told I was banned except at store and told they had no interest in my business anymore...had been warned once before...have taken my business to restockit discountofficeitems, office depot...in my experience unless you use coupons and even then staples prices are 30/40% more expensive...funny thing I set up an account at a different address and I can order items ie for personal use if necessary but banned at the 2 business locations...if staples wanted to stop coupon use they could do so without alienating customers but it chose not to do so until very recently by enforcing its policy...well as in life one moves on and makes it better..good riddance staples....by the way staples when I open up other business locations you will not be receiving my business...what else can the customer do?|

|baonguyen312||I'm in the same boat. Made a lot of calls and sent emails to Staples President Office but they refused to remove me from that stupid list. Any suggestions for me? seems i gonna get stuck with it all my life? I am thinking about filing a claim to BBB.|

Sounds scary, found this when doing some research for a friend that is stuck in the situation for 7 years now and they still have his info. Seems legal to not do business with people, but now sure if it is legal for companies to keep the info for that long. He called in and they had his address phone and name, along with family other people in the same house.
Maybe people can get it removed from privacy issues.

|Timeline99||Blacklist???? So you can't just order something as a guest online? I've used a stupid amount of coupons online and rewards and have always ordered as guest. I'm pretty confident that there system wouldn't have flagged your name and credit card. It can't be that sophisticated. Check out as guest online, just a suggestion.|
