At the end of the day - you have your opinion, and other people have theirs.
I think it's great that you want to warn people of the issues of the mouse - but you should do it without putting others down and let people decide what they want for themselves.

what if these sat on a shelf for such a longtime the battery went uncharged and when someone finally bought one, these are $100 mice they tend to sit, the battery was bad? the mouse was little to not damanged/used and the battery was replaced fairly easily and offered up for refurbs.
seriously, the previous questions were rhetorical, why would you bash logitech? they are known as one of the most innovative and customer oriented tech companies out there. you speak like you're smart, but you act like an idiot. what did you major in, a doctorate in Literature?

People used to fight harder against mistakes.

I went through about 4/5 of the thread and only found a handful of posts (if even that) discussing the negatives of the mouse.
in fact, the vast majority of the posts are people who are praising the mouse.

|amax||People defending the mouse in this thread are an hilarious spectacle. It's the classic techboy behavior of protecting against any regret for getting a toy if it's already gotten. The fact that half or so of the people chiming in have had shitty experiences with this obvious design flaw means that...oh, I don't know, maybe there's a problem. Ya think?|

The time a vendor "ran out of stock" they had restocked at a higher price 4 hours later. I now search to see if I can find another vendor with a price close to Amazon and will buy there if it's close.
So, Amazon looses sales, and I guess so will you. Most companies like sales, it helps them pay the bills. But, I like ethics too.
A little pressure and customer response is good for the big, dominant vendors.

Bought this last night for $49.95 + $5.99 shipping. Add doesn't say "refurbished". Still there at 9:34AM Sunday 10/14/2012
