|urameatball||Got this over a year ago and I absolutely love it! I compete in the NPC on the national level (bodybuilding) and this thing burns the hell out of my forearms and shoulders. There are different exercises/movements you can do with it - I like adding it to an HIIT routine on cardio days.|

|MRDC||What good is it for if you are not into boxing? Does it just give you endurance for keeping your arms up for a fight? Seems like you could do the same thing with 8lb dumbbells.|

Unless you're pretty jacked (lets say bench 2X your body weight), just get the 8lb one. It's hard to do for 2 minutes straight, and is a good way to wrap up a workout.
Worth it IMO.

Lot's of stuff on-line about this product/s, most good, some seemingly self serving and placed by the company. I have a feeling the green version's not as well built as the chrome metal and warranty/support is a bit spotty at best across the product line up. That said, if we get a year or two of good workouts in the comfort of our own home before it falls apart--perhaps it's worth the gamble.
FYI--I got the 'Burn Machine' chat line and this is what transpired....

Guest: It appears your (green and perhaps others) 'Burn Machine only has a 90 day warranty and then also includes buyer pay shipping PLUS a $25 'restocking' charge? Is that correct, please?

Elsewhere, there's some ambiguous writing about a 'limited lifetime' warranty. I don't like to have to photo copy reciepts and retain packagaing for everything I buy that has a 90 day OR a 'limited lifetime warranty'--your info seems to conflict on-line.

This is what I will do for you, to insure we can meet your needs let me do this, I would like to get our Manager involved since he can talk to you about the price or discounts and warranty, and give you all the information you require, and make sure we can meet your requirements along with shipping prices, we certainly would love to earn your business.
