They offered me a return for full refund - so $30 profit. Woooo! Though it was a nice backpack - I wish it would've been sturdier.
The rep made it seem like it's happened a lot.

Bought 2 bags so submitted rebate worth $60.
Received my AMEX prepaid card, but only $59 on the card.
Has this happened to anyone? I wonder if I unintentionally checked a box to donate $1 to some charity while I was submitting the rebate form?
