Just thought I'd post feedback for anyone who purchases in the future:
Customer service - 10 out of 10. The stipulations of the 20% deal required all orders to be submitted together. I didn't realize this until after I had already submitted my orders separately. The CSR went and credited my account for the difference. They also put one of my orders on hold, per my request, so I could get a suit and make any additional modifications based on the first-run.
Product quality - 9/10. I got what I ordered. Problem is, I didn't measure my legs properly, and my thunderthighs are too tight in the slacks. The jacket fits better than any jacket I've ever had - I'm used to squeezing into tight shoulders just to accommodate the waist on a suit, so this was just a pleasure to wear. I'm hoping the next iteration of the slacks will be just as comfortable. I've received a few compliments on the suit, though I've only worn it the one day to try it out.
Timeliness - 6/10. I suppose I shouldn't have such high expectations for a custom made suit at the price they're asking, but it took approximately a month or more to get the first suit, and I expect the same timing on the updated slacks. It'd be nice to get them sooner.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone that can't find a proper fitting suit, due to body type or whatnot. Easily worth what you would pay buying a nice suit and having it tailored to hell and back, plus it ends up being a much nicer fit. Now if anyone knows of the same thing for shoes (and my super wide feet) I'll be all set.

MTM suits alterations
From researching online, it is my understanding that MTM suits are not truly custom made in the sense that your suit will be made straight from a roll of cloth. Rather, they take already cut suit sections and resize them based on measurements you provide. Since you take the measurements, how well you do this will have an impact on how close the suit will really fit you (unless you go to their traveling tailor events in major cities - they will measure you there). There is no need to get a different suit if it doesn't fit you just right when you get it. You send it back and they resize again. As someone said, they will give you $75 to spend on a local tailor to do the final tweaking of its fit. This is where the patence comes in. Dont expect to have the perfect suit right away and you will eventually end up with a suit that fits pretty well.

Anybody know if you could exchange to diff size for this suit if the measure you did was wrong?

|khung925||Indochino also offer's "tailor credit" if you need to make minor adjustments at a local tailor after you receive your suit, they'll refund up to $75. If it can't be altered, they'll remake the entire suit for you.|

I own a suit from Indochino that I ordered a little over two years ago for grad school interviews and it has held up well with occasional use. It fit pretty well on the first iteration so I just took it to my tailor and had a few alterations made to get it just right. People should have realistic expectations from MTM. Don't buy from Indochino if you expect it to be perfect right out of the box. It may need a couple small fixes or to be remade entirely more than once. Be patient with the process. If that's not something you're willing to do then getting something OTR would be a better way to go.
Thanks for the heads up OP--I picked up an essential gray.
