|Fallout||My screen has a weird lighter colored ribbon in it. You can only see it off angle but it's annoying. It's almost like someone glued the screen down and you can see the glue bead.|

|ginsoakedboy81||Mine has been having problems with wifi. It is getting very low wifi speeds and half the time it doesn't connect. Will be returning it.|

|Enz0||Mine looks pristine. The problem is that it has the infamous screen flicker issue -- any time the wifi is activating (which is like 90% of the time), the screen will flicker at lower brightness levels. It is most noticeable with white backgrounds. What a waste of time|

What issues did your guys' have? I got mine and was actually impressed with the condition it arrived in. I do notice that there is the slightest hint of screen lift on the left hand side, but nothing even close to as severe or troublesome as some of the units I have seen on XDA, etc.
I think the screen has contrast issues, but thats really a product wide issue. My plan is to keep the Nexus for getting the latest and greatest Android OSes and whatnot, and use my rooted 7" KFHD as my main use tablet.

Go into your ebay account and send a response to the seller, "TigerDirect" stating that your unit is flawed and you would like to return it. They should send you a response in a couple of days saying they are sending you a prepaid shipping label to you via email. I don't think you'll get an exchange but a refund and a free return is a pretty good deal. Just make sure you give them a day or two to respond.
I know all this because I'm in the process of returning mine.

|Enz0||Mine has a problem. Best way to exchange this? Tigerdirect or Asus?|

You can also just sideload games if you really wanted to "steal". It's just as simple, no chance at bricking or loosing your warranty by downloading APK files.
Both ways are wrong if you ask me, but the safer method is definitely the APK route.
Also, beats audio on a 1 speaker device just sucks, unless you are going to plug up headphones to it.
There are plenty of reasons to root your device but the Nexus 7 eliminates a lot of those reasons. Google upgrades the OS of the device often, and there is no carrier specific bloatware added like the 23 apps that Verizon put onto my Droid rezound and didn't let me remove without rooting and flashing the phone.

One of the advantages of the Nexus 7 is getting the latest version of the Android operating system without having to root.
For any of you reading this who are thinking I don't want something I have to hack to use, that's totally not true about the Nexus 7.

Tigerdirect has 30 days warranty but afterwards it's 90 days warranty from Asus. At least the sales rep said so and it is mentioned on their website as well for the same refurb N7.

This is what I have on mine and I love it. I'm going to order one for the Nexus 32gb tablet I got in December for $202 shipped brand new
These are nice tablets but honestly I don't think many people need the extra HP/quad core processor. I'd much rather have a dual core processor with 2gb of ram than a quad core with 1gb ram.
They are less than $8 shipped on ebay.
