|ambro||Price dropped to $39.99, wish it comes free with ATT soon!|

|loboloco||I got to mess around with an S4 two days ago. A Samsung rep from Korea was at Best Buy, and she let me check it out. IMHO the S4 is a huge step up from the S3. The S4 will be $199 or $249 depending on carrier and storage. She told me At&T will have it first (at the end of this month), and Verizon will have it in May.|

The bad thing is AT&T no longer have $15 data plan, the lowest one is $20 for 300 MB. It means we have to pay $480 for the phone, which is quite expensive.

Seems strange... but at least you're not paying tax on full retail.
Common rule of thumb with phones:
For Warehouse stores:
rebates and discounts = tax on full listed price for that store
clearance or sale price = tax on lowest price
For retail stores:
bend over and pay tax on full price.

|valleypoboy||Great deal OP. I'm still on the fence though because my ~2 year old S II is simply rock solid. I think this is the first time I don't see a solid reason to upgrade, other than getting a ~$400 phone for $50.|

My girlfriend jumped on this deal. She was due for an upgrade and wasn't wild about the styling of any other phone out right now for ATT. At least this phone has a shit ton of accessories, like cases/skins, for her to choose from, too.
Edit: Also, I forgot to mention that the site never asked for my Costco membership... so I'm guessing this deal is wide open for anyone?
