Did not work on a ERPP(SERO) Plan
"Thank you for your recent Costco.com order.
During the processing of your order, Sprint notified us your account is an unsupported account type. At this time certain accounts, such as business, government, and some discounted accounts, are not eligible for service through our website."

|Killerz||I was almost ready to grab this phone but then started reading about this overheating issue going around the net a few days ago. Has anyone here experienced it? I think it might just be a problem with the quad core model.|

From what you describe, Sprint might be over charging you in taxes. However, I went online and tried to complete the transaction myself, and Sprint quoted me tax for the discounted price of $250 (the correct amount).

At this point, I am thinking of just sucking it up for this round of phones and grabbing the GSIII for $50 through Costco. Or maybe wait a month or so to see what shakes out with pricing. I'm coming from an EVO 3D so I'm eager to upgrade.

My understanding of sales tax is that a company should only charge tax on the full amount if they're receiving payment for that full amount.
For example, let's say you go to Burgerking and they have a buy one get one free deal, and you can get 2 Whoppers for $4 instead of $8. If the franchise is obtaining reimbursement for the $4 from the corporation, the proper sales tax should be charged on $8, as that's the actual sales price.
However, if the franchise is just selling its Whoppers at 2 for $4 without reimbursement, tax should be charged on $4, as that's the actual sales price.

- Required Service for LTE - DataPro 3GB for Smartphone 4G LTE with Visual Voicemail
($30.00 / month)
- Required Service for LTE - DataPro 5GB for Smartphone 4G LTE with Visual Voicemail
($50.00 / month)
Obviously I don't want the "visual voicemail" and I don't need the "datapro" since I am already on unlimited data. Did you get this when you went through the upgrade process?
Edit: Nevermind, I see the sprint one is out of stock, and I mistakenly was trying to order the AT&T version :-(
