I confirm these guys are crooks, never got invoice for my 2nd order, they keep on claiming it is going to spam.
But the main thing is that they still charged me $30 for their crappy whatever membership, I have emails from me asking them to cancel it and from them confirming that it has been canceled. I sent them one last email today, if they dont refund by tomorrow, I am disputing. What a pain..

Everyone stays away from CostCaptain. Shopped with them twice. Very bad experience.
The first time they charged me upon order was placed and didn't ship until 2 months later; Second time they again charged me right after order was placed. Didn't ship anything after a month also and no notification or whatsoever. I contacted them and was informed that it's backordered with no est delivery. I asked the to refund me and they sent me an official refund confirmation. Again after another month, I checked my credit card and realized that they didn't actually issue any refund but just sent the "confirmation". Had to contact a few more times until I finally got my money back. Will never deal with them.

Could you please send me the invoices my orders" That why I got the response below and lost the rebates. I also was slam with the premier fee. Good deal it is just $60 loss.

The Premier Shipping trial membership was canceled at no cost to me by the Customer Service Representative.
(I was never charged for the membership, just enrolled without my knowledge. Had I not canceled enrollment, I probably would have been charged the $29 annual fee at the end of the 30-day trial period.)
