I sure hope they don't stop rolling rewards.

Since I am not in a trial market, I can not view the terms. This is what was posted over on FW:
Date: 09/04/12There does not appear to be a purchase requirement but I do not know for sure.

I haven't recycled there since a year ago, last July. I just roll my rewards, whittling them down with the tax eating them away but that can still last me years, so no way I can get enough recycling spending to recylce there but if I could buy for $10 with 10 carts the same day I'd do it........... as long as they take any cartridge.
I won't be surprised if OD and Staples follow in lowering the amt per cartridge or if OM changes rewards to not roll. Should that happen, I'm gone from the office stores.

OfficeMax's MaxPerks Rewards program is trial marketing several new recycling offers.
While the existing program is up to 10 carts per month, $2 per cart, paid via rewards the new trial programs are:
For those in a trial program, please let OfficeMax/MaxPerks know that the trial program terms are an unwelcome change from the old terms. Do not let this pass without comment.

I've been always cautious not to use same credit card when I do purchases at staples when the transactions involved rewards.
However, I've been somewhat careless at officemax for almost 2 years and actually got away with using using same credit card for most of my transactions.
The only time I got stuck with suspended account was when I placed NEON orders at the store for store pickup and gave them the same billing address, which was a stupid move by me. Other than that, officemax have been pretty incognizant or was consciously ignoring whether I use the same card or not.

That person came on with the Warning/experience posting a few things and never returned.
It is very easy for them to Tie Accounts together using Credit/Debit Cards
