I use them for the wireless part and because they are confortable. I work as a technology support agent and I am on the phone 6-7 hours per day with this ones I can be walking around and do other stuff and I am not tied to a chair
I also have the Sennheiser PC 350 and they are a lot better but wired so I had to chose my poison and for calls they are great but for music playback I still use the PC350. I wich gaming companies used this technology it is great.
The PC350 sound a lot more reallistic and more clear thant the g930s on this video
Also playing around with the eq they became decent for music playback but I still go back the PC350

|pcmax||Have had mine for over 6 months now and all I can say is why couldn't they have made these 10 years ago. If all they did was keep my chair wheels from constantly getting tangled in my headphone cord I would be happy but they really sound great, have excellent battery life, and yes I have thrown them on the floor a few times at least and not one problem yet (unlike my Razor Baracudas which literally fell apart). No issues with drivers on Win7 64bit or static or interference and my wireless router and phone sit 2 fit from my head (maybe not so good for my head .|

the fact that you don't have a copy of the UPC and you admit to having done few rebates lends credibility to the poster before you. imagine if they let every rebate by where the guy shows them a picture of a cut out box lol, live and learn my friend.
the only time i had to contact them was during the whole Antec rebate company embezzlement/bankruptcy thing, that was a pain, and obviously a freak exception
tips: 1) Use your best handwriting (preferably all caps and strike your zeroes). 2) Follow instructions to the letter (use staples unless otherwise instructed). 3) Photocopy everything (or to save cash, a high megapixel camera/scanner will do). 4) Track online so they know you've been checking.

|LordHumongus||I just got mine today , Downloaded win7 drivers and works like a charm , range on these are really good i went out back to my pool and could still hear great. I made a video of me filling out the rebate and actually putting the upc inside the envelope and sealing it , made copies of everything. If they try and claim they didn't get the upc i got proff i put it in.|

|Hellhawk||I bought one of these last time it as on sale. Excellent headset. Works very well and I had my rebate back within 4-5 weeks easy. I would recommend them for sure. I typically wear them for 3-4 hours at a time when raiding in WoW and have no discomfort issues.|

I bought these about a month ago from another Slickdeal post and love them. Some of the reviews are bad but I am convinced that most of those people didn't even bother to google for a solution or got the product when it first came out before Logitech made fixes.
There are only two minor irritations I have with them. 1.) the headset interferes with my microsoft wireless keyboard but I moved the USB wireless receiver closer to the keyboard and it fixed it. 2.) it doesn't automatically switch between the normal speakers and the headset when I power off the headset; I have to go into 'output devices' and switch the default device.
The sound quality is way better than I expected. The surround sound in the new Crysis game is awesome you can really tell which direction someone is shooting/approaching from. Music sounds great in them, comparable to my Sony MDR-V700DJ headphones.
Battery life is good and they turn off automatically after a while which is good because sometimes I forget to turn them off. I think they could break relatively easily because the earmuff part rotate very far and it just feels like they could break if you don't take care of them. They don't feel flimsy or anything, but they're not rugged metal construction or anything.
Very comfortable to wear even for fairly long periods. They go over your entire ear (circumaural) so they isolate sound well and they do not put any pressure on your ears. Wireless range is fine, my computer is in our basement which is maybe... 700 square feet or so? I can walk all the way around the basement and even part of the next floor without losing a signal.
I use them for Skype and games mostly. I love this headset, great purchase, but I am still waiting on the rebate!!
