Does the BB monitor heart-rate? Can it be used without a subscription? What device is good for heart rate monitoring?
Men have it fairly easy too; just push some weight around for 30min 3x per week.

|slbrooks||I'd skip the body bugg unless you know that you are going to want to wear a band on your arm all the time. We used the body media device on a research study I worked on years ago (as an objective measure of physical activity) and the participants were always happy to take them off after wearing them for a week. It's probably not that bad if you only wear it while working out, but then it can't estimate daily energy expenditure.|
