Pacific Pillows sucks!!! don't buy anything from this company. their products are overpriced and have a poor quality. beside that, they don't provide return shipping labels. It's an excellent surprise after you find out that what they sent is garbage.
any suggestions how to make them return our money???

Test before you buy. Thinking that nothing can be wrong, ordered 2 king pillows. Both very flat, like sleeping without any support.
If that is your thing, go ahead, but if you need some support, go to a store an fell them. The worst is that the shipping both ways is paid by you, and they will charge $15 on top of that.

I am a bit disappointed in the week of sale from pacific pillows. Been waiting for a good 50% or greater goose down content with a good fill power pillow but nothing. it seems they had better deals in the past. needed 4 king size pillows too.
Memory foam pillows for me sucks. I dont have problems with heat with my walmart cheapopedic mattress but with a memory foam pillow i wake up with a sweaty head due to the heat retention. this is just my experience but im sure people like the warmth.

They actually have a terrible return policy, it will cost you close to what you paid for these if not more to return them after you pay return shipping and the minimum $15 or more restocking fee. Also they assume no responsibility for damaged goods even if it was damaged prior to or during shipping.
That being said I bought the 65/35 pillow a couple weeks ago, queen size. It is a pretty small pillow, I thought it would be bigger and have more stuffing in it. It also kinda smells funky. But all in all after the 2nd night I used it I decided it indeed was worth the $26 I paid for it, I just have to fluff it up really really well once or twice a night.

It will be your responsibility to return/pay for any costs associated with the return to include the cost of shipping the product to our warehouse.
Refund Process: Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the full purchase price of the items returned less $15 to account for the average cost to actually ship an order (cost of actual freight and cost of the box – we do not see this as a cost of doing business as you actually received the service of shipping an item to your location and the use of the box which contained the products).
