|rescue141x||I got my 42" Vizio the other day. Got the one for $380. I am watching the Stanford vs Notre Dame game on it now. Picture quality is great! Heard a lot of people say the sound wasn't that great but the sound is better than I expected. It's only a 60hz but have no problems whatsoever watching the game!|

no you won't get charged if you refuse it.
i just got this thing set up. i have FIOs and i had to set it to 720p instead of 1080i to get the nice picture quality. however, not sure what is the best setting for the tv i've been just testing each preset (ie game, movie, vivid, etc).
do you guys still think this TV is as good or better than the current black friday deals? i'm having buyers remorse looking at the Panny Viesta plasmas on AMazon.com. Wonder if this is the best for 500bux

My 42" was delivered by a company called Manna and I had to schedule a delivery date/time with the company. I did this online but you can do it over the phone as well. My tv arrived in good condition no scratches or anything. The box itself was in good condition with no visible damages, I didn't ask the delivery person to wait while I open it, he said it should be ok and that he really didn't want to wait while I unpackage...... so I just took the chance.
Luckily everything was working great. Tv did a firmware update recently.
I am planning on getting Squaretrade's 3 year warranty for $75 in case it fails after 1 year. Will be easy to sell before the 3rd year with the warranty for the buyer.

So, are you suppose to ask the delivery guy (ups in my case) to hold on a sec while you open the box and check it out?

|rescue141x||C.H. Robinson is a logistics company. In order to track a shipment you have to sign up, and in order to sign up you have to call or email them. That's stupid.|

When I track my order at Vizio.com is just says "C.H. Robinson:"

|rescue141x||What do they use to ship? They gave me a tracking number but didn't say who was going to deliver it.|

37" back online
Just as an FYI, the 37" are back online:
720P = $290.02
1080P = $313.56
Thanks to OP, reps coming your way. I hope I don't get unlucky like a few of you did. Crossing my fingers b/c I bought a few.
