|jedipunk||"Prices May Vary" is just them saying your local store may have a different price. My walmart never matches walmart.com prices.|

|Bombebomb||I was in walmart the other day and they had a 42in LED Vizeo Razor for $398 also. They had 3 of them to be honest, I would of bought but did not want to deal with getting rid of them.|

From the site: "Prices May Vary" - cause for concern?
According to the specs, this over 45" in length. That is an unusually long length for a 40" diagonal. Most 40" diagonals are slightly under 40" in length.

not a good price
westinghouse is better than element and they were just recently @newegg for $370 (http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?
and the 42" was $339 http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?
and the time machine comments dont apply because my premise is that better or equivilent TVs have been cheaper in last two weeks and as such, a similar and potentially inferior brand TV should go for less this close to black friday

I'm (perhaps misguided) under the impression that it was better to get 60Hz refresh rates for the no-name televisions as they generally don't handle multiple refresh rates well. Unless there's an "off" switch for 120Hz, then it's fine.

Personally I'd go take a look at it in the store to see the quality of the tv.
The dynamic contrast ratio is terrible for an LED but there are theories out there regarding this.
The plasmas are great but they use up a definitely more energy than an led backlighted monitor and also it's 720p compared to 1080p. Really only makes a difference when watching blu-ray quality movies and full-hd video games.

wouldn't surprise me if there are people lining up Tuesday night to try and get one of these.
