|lolynn2||Although this was a good find, I have had a terrible experience with these batteries. If you bought some and haven't opened them yet, please check them. Many of my unopened packs are leaking battery acid or they just don't work. I just used some in my camera and they only lasted for 2 pictures! My kids and I have gotten battery acid on our hands. We've thrown the majority away. I took a few packs back to JCP and they gave me a full refund. (I bought a year+ supply.) Check yours if you haven't already.|

|bigbryan||are you kidding me i just bought the 40 for 7 dollars. its ok im switching to rechargables. but just for all the people that say toys r us batteries only work like 10% of a brand name. im using them in my turtle beach x41 headset and ive at LEAST gotten half the life i have from when i used duracell. they havent run out yet so i cant get too good of an estimate but for sure if you can at least get half the life of a brand name battery the price makes it worth it. however you really cant beat rechargables... they are really well made if you are going to put down 20 dollars you might as well get that eneloop 4AA + charger for 18 dollars on amazon.|

|feetfirst5||Both AA and AAA batteries are sold out. You can still get the D batteries for $9.99 per 8 pack. To use the code you need to get three packs which make the final cost $20.00 for 24 batteries. The AA and AAA were a good deal, but not sure I want to spend that much on the D batteries.|

I don't get the excitement for cheap off-brand batteries. I pick some up whenever OD, OM, or Staples has free batteries. And the deals are on Duracell and Energizer and doesn't require me to store 100+ batteries.
Like right now I know Staples and OD have varying deals for 100% back in rewards on 16 or 20 packs of AA/AAA depending on the store. In the end you end up paying tax and lose out on the cashback for the purchase at the store you buy a GC for.
